JIG Plumbing cabled and mini-jetted the kitchen secondary drain line through the accessible exterior cleanout. After cleaning, the kitchen drain line was camera inspected to verify the quality of the cleaning and assess the overall condition of the drain line. Additionally, the tank water heater was flushed to remove sediment buildup and help maintain efficient operation. Due to the significant calcium buildup found inside the water heater, we highly recommend installing a whole-house water filtration system to help reduce hard water minerals, minimize future scale buildup, extend the life of plumbing fixtures and appliances, and improve overall water quality.

JIG Plumbing came out to clear secondary clogged drain line using an electric snake.

The technician arrived on site to remove the customer’s existing water softener system. The water supply was shut off and the existing water softener was disconnected and removed from the plumbing system. The technician then looped the existing 1-1/4” copper water lines together to restore the home’s water service, using the necessary fittings and materials to create a secure, leak-free connection. After completing the piping modifications, the water was turned back on and the system was thoroughly tested to verify proper operation and confirm there were no leaks. The existing water softener was removed from the property and disposed of as part of the service.

Arrived to diagnose a hallway bathtub stoppage. The technician was able to snake fro the overflow access. Hai and accumulation out.

Upon arrival, the technician shut off the water, gas, and power to the customer’s Rinnai tankless water heater and disassembled the unit to access the internal components. Using parts supplied through Rinnai’s manufacturer warranty program, the technician removed and replaced the existing heat exchanger and combustion fan assembly. After installing the new components, the technician carefully reassembled the water heater, restored all utilities, and tested the unit through a complete operating cycle to verify proper performance. The technician also inspected all water and gas connections and confirmed there were no leaks and that the water heater was operating as designed. * JIG Plumbing replaced the existing toilet due to its deteriorated condition. A new standard round toilet was installed. * Rebuilt the main water service assembly by installing a new 1-inch pressure-reducing valve (PRV), new ball valve, and hose bib. The water pressure was adjusted and set to **70–75 PSI**. * Installed new toilet mounting hardware, including a new closet flange seal and closet bolts, to properly secure and seal the toilet during the installation. **No concrete removal or replacement was required.**

Arrived to diagnose a bathtub stoppage. The technician was to attempt and snake the upstairs hallway bathtub, and successfully clear it. The master shower was also snaked and successfully clear. Hair and accumulation was pulled out of both.

JIG Plumbing will conduct a camera inspection through a secondary line in order to determine the condition of the drain line. Any repairs or maintenance steps will submitted in a separate estimate.

JIG Plumbing supplied and installed a new 40-gallon Bradford White water heater. The installation included new water supply lines, a sheet metal drain pan, sediment trap, new gas line with shutoff valve, 1-inch PVC drain line for the pan, and a new temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve. The existing 3/4-inch copper water line was rerouted as needed to complete the installation. A new expansion tank was also installed. The customer was enrolled as a new member in the **JIG Pro Plan**, which includes a complimentary annual membership. Upon completion of the installation, JIG Plumbing performed a complimentary camera inspection of the home's drain system. Based on the findings from the inspection, recommendations were provided to hydro jet the drain system to remove buildup and help restore proper flow. (**preventative maintenance**)

Arrived to replace a leaking hose bib at the back yard. New one installed, working properly.

Upon arrival, the technician inspected the water heater for damage and leaks and he also checked the fixture flow rates in the master bathroom. There is no apparent damage or leaks and each fixture in the master bath receives adequate flow and pressure. JIG Plumbing will test the hot water heater by measuring the time it takes for hot water to reach the fixture and also to determine how long the hot water lasts before cutting out. If the water cuts out, we will check for error codes. The technician performed 3 tests: 1. Fixture test 2. Volume test 3. Minimum activation test 1. The master shower passed the first test. No hot water cut out for the entire 10 minutes the fixture demanded hot water. 2. The water heater passed the volume test. The water heater did not cut out for the entire 10 minutes while all hot water was ran in the master bathroom. 3. The water heater failed the activation test. The technician turned the temp control all the way hot before the water heater activated.

Before starting work, the technician confirmed the irrigation service riser was leaking at two locations. The primary leak was found at the 1-1/2” brass nipple threaded into the existing 1-1/2” PVC 90 fitting. The technician isolated the water supply, cut out the damaged section of PVC piping, removed the existing PVC 90, and installed a new 1-1/2” brass 90 with a new Schedule 80 PVC male adapter (MIP). All threaded connections were properly sealed and tightened to provide a secure, leak-free repair. The technician also found the existing 1-1/2” galvanized union on the opposite end of the irrigation service riser leaking. The leaking galvanized union was removed and replaced with a new 1-1/2” galvanized union. Once all repairs were completed, the irrigation service riser was repressurized and thoroughly tested. The technician verified proper operation and confirmed there were no leaks at the repaired connections upon completion of the work.

JIG Plumbing performed an inspection and diagnostic to determine the source of a possible active leak. The customer reported that the leak appeared to be originating from the area around the water heater, which was installed approximately three months ago. **Leak Detection Results:** An active hot water slab leak was confirmed. JIG Plumbing reviewed the findings with the customer and provided available repair options. At this time, the customer has elected to postpone repairs until they have confirmed coverage and next steps with their insurance company. **Note:** Today's service fee covers the inspection and leak diagnosis only and does not include any repair work.

Arrived to inspect and diagnose a leak at thr garbage disposal. The technician found to be water leaking from inside the unit. Options to replace the unit were presented. JIG Plumbing will Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal.

JIG Plumbing will excavate an area in the front yard in order to determine how viable a repair on existing aging galvanized piping will be. Once the pipe is exposed, a plan of action will be formulated, and submitted in a separate estimate. JIG Plumbing will make a repair to a 3/4” hose bib riser, cutting a section off, and install in a repair coupling with a new section off piping, and a cap, in order led to turn the water back on. Technician test the system once installed, in order to ensure proper operation.

Arrived to HydroJet a kitchen sink drain line from an exterior clean out. Once the Hydro Jetter was performed. A camera inspection followed to view the drain line. The technician ran the camera out about 25 feet and back. At about 4 feet to about 7 feet in there is a small belly in the drain line which is continuing to hold water. However, with the drain line being jetted, the flow of water is continuous and draining out. This will conclude the scope of work.

JIG Plumbing installed a new shower valve, including the new valve and trim, per the customer's request. The customer chose to keep the existing shower head and shower arm (neck). Access to the valve was made through the drywall on the backside of the shower wall. After completing the installation, the drywall cutout was reinstalled. JIG Plumbing does not provide drywall patching or finishing, and any additional drywall repair or painting will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement of 1.25" PRV with ball valve and hose bib. Included the anti syphon valve at the back yard with hose bib. Both hose bibs have vacuum breakers installed.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new fill valve and flapper, as the existing is no longer functioning properly and allowing water to drain constantly. Upon completion, technician will test to ensure proper functionality.
