To avoid concrete work in the front yard the technician located an area to connect to just before the sewer clean out in the front yard. The depth is 3.5 to 4 feet deep. The path of the drain from the clean out runs straight back to under the small wall where it 45s, runs under the steps to the driveway to the marked location at a depth of 2.5 to 3 feet deep and then 45s to run straight back to the garage clean out.

Excavate planter area in the backyard around the irrigation valves that has a leak. The technician had to change the leak but finally found it about 2-1/2 feet down on the 1” main line that branches to the irrigation valves. To repair the technician had to rebuild part of the line branching to 2 of the valves. The water would not stop leaking so the technician had to shut off the water meter. Once the glue fully dried, the technician turned the water meter back on and the irrigation gate valve and tested the irrigation thoroughly and inspected for leaks and found none. The technician then backfilled the the dirt and attempted to fill as much as possible but the water washed away a good amount of dirt so there was not enough dirt to fill the hole completely. Pull and reset toilet in the master bathroom. While shutting off the water to the toilet, the shut off valve started leaking due to age and condition. The technician shut off water to the home and replaced the emergency shut off valve at the toilet and then proceeded with the pull and reset. The technician then removed the toilet, cleaned, and prepared the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Technician found a burst PEX water line behind the vanity which caused water damage to the home. To repair the technician cut open the wall underneath the upstairs master bathroom vanity to gain full access to the water lines behind the vanity. The technician found the burst PEX water line and cut out the section. The technician also cut out a push to connect fitting on a separate line next to the burst line to prevent leaks in the future. Customer states that when the water is on, water starts to leak from upstairs down to the kitchen area ceiling. JIGPlumbing is to open up a section of the ceiling to do a further inspection. The technician went ahead and cut 2 small sections of the ceiling to access and repair the leaking fitting. JIG Plumbing performed a leak detection, in order to asses where water intrusion originated. Using amplified hearing equipment, a burst in the kitchen manifold was detected. This burst is the cause of the flooding that occurred throughout the kitchen and the hallway for the downstairs living area.

Upon arrival, customer has stated that there is three faucets upstairs that are having issues and a water heater that may be failing after inspecting the issues in the home the regulator has failed and will need to be replaced to solve the dripping issues for the faucets, as well as as a replacement for all three faucets to ensure all problems are fixed. Upon arrival technician was able to determine the existing 3/4 inch PRV has failed and approximately 120 psi is currently being introduced to the home. Authorization Code: 120RLGL

Upon arrival technician was able to determine a leaking quarter turn emergency shut off valve located in the bypass section. Technician was also able to identify an occurring leak located on an aqua sauna filtration tank.

Upon arrival technician proceeded to do complimentary tankless flushing. Technician was also able to confirm existing regulator is no longer functional. Technician highly advises to replace PRV.

Upon arrival, homeowner stated that they are experiencing high incoming water pressure to the home. Technician proceeded to test water pressure incoming to the home and was able to confirm approximately 100 to 110 psi incoming. technician highly recommended in the replacement of a pressure regulating valve.
