Installed new tankless water heater today in Tustin, CA. Properly sized and vented unit per manufacturer specs utilizing concentric polypropylene venting. Ran new 3/4" PEX supply lines with SharkBite fittings. Utilized existing 1/2" gas line, added sediment trap and new flex connector. Commissioned unit, confirmed proper operation across full Btu input range. Performed combustion analysis, fine-tuned gas valve.

Evaluate and troubleshoot the source of a waterline leak. Met with contact person Khai, walked around and inspected he roof area, noticed some fresh patching areas, also a roof vent that could possibly have water penetrating thru and making its way down causing the leak! There are no restrooms, drain lines near or around the area that is getting wet! This leak is known to only happen when it rains!
