Supplied and installed a new kitchen sink faucet. Recommend replacement of the hot and cold shut offs, at time of shutting off the water the handle on the hot side broke off immediately. Located the water main shut off outside by the back exit doors and attempted to shut the water from a gate valve. Went back inside and noticed that the water was not completely shut down , this is after all faucets were open and water heater shut off. Attempted to shut the water from the main water meter box, but was unable! To hard to turn, possibly frozen! The water company will have to come out to shut the water off at the main, to continue and change those shut offs!

Inspection was done throughout the building, restrooms have no issues, kitchen faucet is old and the cover plate is not making a good tight seal, wich could have caused water to leak downstairs, drains , toilets, shut offs were all inspected!. Only thing that need to be replaced at the moment is the kitchen sink faucet.
