JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new Moen PosiTemp temp shower cartridge in the upstairs hallway, restroom. Technician will shut the water off during the process, removing the existing cartridge and installing a new Moen cartridge. After installation, technician will turn the water back on and test thoroughly to ensure proper functionality.

Technician arrived on site and was informed by the customer that the laundry machine was having issues with draining and water running properly. Upon inspection, the technician found that when the laundry drained, water would back up and come out of the exterior kitchen clean out located behind the kitchen sink. The technician also verified that when the kitchen sink was run, water would discharge from the same clean out, indicating a blockage in the kitchen/laundry drain line. Customer also informed the technician that a previously rerouted cold water line had not been reconnected to the refrigerator icemaker line and requested that it be tied back in. Technician arrived on site and performed a complete tankless water heater maintenance flush to remove scale buildup and help restore optimal performance and efficiency of the unit. Technician isolated the heater, connected flushing equipment, and circulated descaling solution through the heat exchanger to thoroughly clean the internal system. Technician also removed and cleaned the inlet water filter to ensure proper water flow and prevent debris from entering the unit. After completion of service, technician reassembled the system, restored water service, and tested the unit for proper operation. Tankless water heater is operating properly at this time.

Arrived to inspect a leak at a hallway toilet. After flushing a couple of times , water started to seep through the back end of the base. The technician presented a couple of options. The toilet was pulled and reset , with double wax rings. Once installed,it was flushed and checked for leaks. Working properly.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown the master bathroom shower, which would not stop running from the showerhead. After inspection, the technician found that the shower valve would not fully shut off. The customer shut off the water to the home and the technician removed the existing shower cartridge, which was heavily seized inside the valve body and broke apart into multiple pieces during removal. The technician was able to successfully retrieve all broken pieces from inside the valve. The inside of the valve was then thoroughly cleaned using a wire brush followed by sand cloth to smooth and prepare the valve body for the new cartridge installation. The technician installed the new shower cartridge using the manufacturer-provided lubricant included with the cartridge. After installation, the customer restored water service to the home and the technician thoroughly tested the shower valve for leaks and proper functionality. Jig will install a non condensing tankless unit, scale RX and a complimentary ice maker line to the fridge next to it

JIG Plumbing will provide and install a Moen Flo automatic leak detection and shut off device. Additionally, we will provide and install a new 3/4” brass body whole house shut off valve. We will run the electrical connection for the Moen Flo along the outside of the home, penetrate the garage, and connect to the outlet by the water heater. We will check for leaks when finished.

Upon arrival technician replaced moen posi temp cartridge due to existing one not shutting off. Technician cleaned debris from shower head and kitchen faucet due to extremely low psi, after further investigation technician highly suggests debris coming from existing tankless unit, technician also tested incoming water pressure entering the home which was at approximately 100 psi which indicates existing Pressure regulator has failed and will have to be replaced. NOTE: if home owner decides to replace PRV JIG plumbing will credit 50% of the cartridge replacement costs towards scope of work. DISCLAIMER: Due to high PSI incoming to the home and it being over 80 PSI JIG will have to void existing warranty of the cartridge replacement due to existing 100 PSI
