Job Locations and Reviews
Scope of Work JIG Plumbing came out to tighten the loose shower handle at no charge. We also performed mini-jetting through three accessible exterior cleanouts to clear the secondary drain lines serving the master bathroom dual sinks and kitchen. Following the jetting service, we performed a thorough camera inspection through all three 2” cleanouts to verify the condition and flow of the secondary drain lines.
JIG Plumbing technician came out to flush the tank-type water heater. We also replaced the existing 1-1/4” shutoff valve with a new 1-1/4” pressure-reducing valve (PRV). The water pressure was adjusted and set to 75 PSI.
Scope of Work: JIG Plumbing will replace the existing 50-gallon water heater as a direct swap. We will also replace the existing 3/4” shutoff valve and install new hot and cold water supply lines. A new water heater pan will be installed, and the T&P relief valve discharge will be rerouted directly into the pan using 3/4” PVC. Recommendation – Expansion Tank: JIG Plumbing recommends installing an expansion tank to help absorb thermal expansion and reduce pressure spikes within the plumbing system. This helps protect the water heater and plumbing components and can extend the life of the system.
JIG Plumbing will perform a mainline sewer inspection in order to determine the integrity of the line. All images will be recorded, and any issues will be addressed, and repairs will be submitted in a separate estimate.
JIG Plumbing will open the ceiling to diagnose the issue. Once the ceiling is open, we will work to provide proper recommendations for a repair. The technician found the shower arm riser to be leaking. We will open the drywall behind the shower arm, remove all 2x4s in the way and replace the shower arm and riser with new components. We will then secure the new shower arm riser in place. We will check for leaks when finished. After removing the shower arm, the technician found that only the shower arm was damaged. The technician replaced the shower arm and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. JIG Plumbing applied a discount for the reduced scope of work.
Arrived to Provide Customer with an Estimate.
The technicians arrived on site to inspect a leak at the kitchen sink drainage. The customer informed the technicians that he and a friend had recently installed the new kitchen sink themselves, along with the kitchen faucet, air gap, RO faucet and reconnection, and garbage disposal. When attempting to connect the drainage, they experienced leaking from the tubular P-trap due to the offset angle at which it had been installed. The technicians also found that the air gap-to-garbage disposal hose was kinked in two locations, restricting proper flow. Per the customer’s request, the technicians removed and replaced the tubular P-trap and replaced the air gap-to-garbage disposal hose. The drainage components were properly aligned and adjusted to allow for smooth flow while eliminating unnecessary stress on the connections. The technicians also repositioned and tightened the kitchen faucet for the customer. Upon completion, the technicians tested the repaired connections for proper drainage
JIG Plumbing will perform a tankless water heater flush on a Noritz tankless water heater, ensuring proper functionality.
JIG Plumbing will perform drain cleaning through cleanout access in order remove an obstruction. Once cleared, the line will be tested to ensure proper functionality of drain system.
JIG Plumbing will install two new customer supplied faucets. One will be for the hallway restroom, and the other for the kitchen sink. Once completed, all items will be inspected to ensure proper functionality.
The technicians arrived on site to inspect the source of a foul odor coming from the downstairs bathroom. The tenant stated that the lavatory sink produced a foul smell whenever it was used and that the shower also emitted an odor during use. The tenant advised that this issue had been ongoing for some time. The technicians were also informed that the toilet had experienced a stoppage the previous day and overflowed, but the tenant was able to clear the blockage using a plunger. During the inspection, the technicians found that the toilet was continuously running due to a failed flapper. They also discovered that the lavatory sink’s tubular drain assembly was missing a gasket, causing the drain to leak beneath the sink. This leak had allowed wastewater to accumulate inside the vanity cabinet, significantly contributing to the foul odor. Upon customer approval, the technicians replaced the lavatory sink tubular drain assembly, thoroughly cleaned the pop-up assembly, and cleaned the bo
The technicians arrived on site and performed a partial rebuild of the toilet tank to restore proper operation and replace worn or damaged components. The work included installing a new toilet fill valve with a new supply line, replacing the Mansfield flush valve gasket, and installing a new toilet handle due to the existing handle being broken. During the repair, the technicians found that the existing multi-turn emergency shut-off valve would not fully shut off the water and leaked when placed in the off position. The customer elected not to replace the shut-off valve at this time. To complete the repair, the technicians isolated the water supply by shutting off the isolation valve located above the bathroom ceiling inside the warehouse. Once the repairs were completed, the technicians restored the water supply and thoroughly tested the toilet. At this time, the newly installed toilet tank components are operating properly. The technicians arrived on site to inspect why the irrigation ball valve would not shut off. The irrigation ball valve and pressure regulator, which were installed by JIG Plumbing approximately three years ago, are located in an irrigation valve box next to the water meter. Upon inspection, the technicians found that the irrigation box was completely full of water, causing corrosion on the ball valve handle and the pressure regulator adjustment screw. The technicians removed roots from the valve box, excavated and removed a significant amount of mud, drained the standing water, and thoroughly cleaned the area. They then inspected the ball valve and pressure regulator to verify that neither component was leaking. As a complimentary service, the technicians applied WD-40 to the ball valve handle and the regulator adjustment screw to remove corrosion and restore proper operation. After cleaning and lubricating the components, the ball valve operated smoothly and shut off properly. The t
The technicians arrived on site to install the customer’s customer-supplied Brio Moderna Series Four-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filtered Ice Plus Hot/Cold Water Dispenser in the designated location next to the pantry. To complete the installation, the technicians routed new reverse osmosis water supply tubing and drain tubing from the kitchen sink area, running the lines behind the dishwasher and through the back of the pantry to the dispenser location. All tubing was installed neatly and securely while minimizing its visibility. The technicians connected the reverse osmosis system to the home’s cold water supply, installed the required drain connection, connected the dispenser, and verified that all plumbing and electrical connections were properly aligned. Once the installation was complete, the technicians flushed the reverse osmosis filtration system in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended startup procedure. The technicians tested the hot, cold, ambient, and filtered water fu
The technicians arrived on site to remove and reset the toilet due to a leak affecting the downstairs ceiling. Once the toilet was pulled, the technicians were able to confirm that the existing wax ring had washed out around the top, allowing water to escape during flushing and leak into the downstairs ceiling. The old wax ring and mounting hardware were removed, and a new wax ring and new closet bolts were installed. The toilet was then reset, properly secured, and thoroughly tested by flushing multiple times while inspecting for leaks. At this time, the toilet is secure, operating properly, and no leaks were found.
Upon arrival, two toilets have major discoloration around the bas of the toilets, the half-bath hall toilet and the master toilet. The master toilet has worse discoloration. There is a small leak at a gasket underneath the kitchen sink on the drain line. The garbage disposal is corroded and has an item inside that causes an awe full noise when the disposal runs. Additionally, the shower head bracket is broken in the full-hall bathroom. JIG Plumbing will perform a meter test where we will isolate the gas valves that are accessible and we will check for gas leaks. This test does not locate any leaks, it only tells us whether or not there is a leak. If a gas leak is present, we will provide options to locate the leak. The test concluded there are no gas leaks at this time. If other customers report the smell of gas, it is recommended to investigate the exhaust systems of the gas appliances.
JIG Plumbing will remove piping from the T&P valve in order to determine what the root cause of the leak is. Once diagnosed, the technician will formulate an appropriate solution in order to correct the issue. JIG Plumbing will preventatively replace the relief valve on your tankless to see if this solves the issue. Replacing the relief valve has completely solved the issue. The relief line is no longer dripping. At the time of service, JIG Plumbing will flush your tankless water heater as a part of preventative maintenance. If any issues become apparent in the flushing process, we will provide options for repair.
JIG Plumbing rebuilt the home’s main service tree, reducing the water service from 1-inch to 3/4-inch to properly match the home’s plumbing system. Work performed includes: * Installed a new 1-inch main shutoff valve for the residence. * Installed a new 3/4-inch shutoff valve dedicated to the irrigation system. * Installed a new 1-inch pressure reducing valve (PRV). * Installed a new 3/4-inch hose bib. * Adjusted and tested the pressure reducing valve to 70 PSI, ensuring proper operating water pressure throughout the home. Upon completion, the new service tree was tested and found to be operating properly with no leaks observed at the time of service.
JIG Plumbing removed and replaced the home's full pressure regulating valve (PRV) service tree with new 1-inch copper piping. The installation included: * New 1-inch pressure reducing valve (PRV) * Two new 1-inch ball shutoff valves (irrigation and main service line to the home) * New 3/4-inch hose bib * Reconnection of all existing service line piping All new components were installed, tested for proper operation, and checked for leaks. The new service tree is functioning properly and provides reliable isolation of both the irrigation system and the home's main water supply. New water pressure adjusted at 75PSI. NEW 1" prv with 2 ball valves and hose bib.
JIG Plumbing installed the customer-supplied Moen tub/shower cartridge. We cleared the bathtub drain line using an electric drain snake. As a courtesy, we also cleared the lavatory sink drain in the same third-floor bathroom. Findings: The bathtub drain had a heavy restriction. Multiple attempts were made to clear a hard obstruction, which significantly restricted drainage. While the drain flow improved, the obstruction appears to remain present and may require additional diagnostics or further drain cleaning if the issue recurs.
Upon arrival, the water pressure at the fixtures are low when multiple fixtures are running. This was solved when the whole house filter was put on bypass. Additionally, the customer has requested the pressure be increased to the home. All shut off valves and fixtures are operational at this time. However, the water heater pan does not outlet anywhere. A leak detector is recommended. Based on the pipe in the meter box, the water service appears to be galvanized pipe. Replacement is recommended. Additionally, we will increase the setting on the regulator at no additional charge. JIG Plumbing will install the customer provided filter. We will check for leaks when finished.
The technicians arrived on site and performed a routine maintenance flush on the customer’s tankless water heater. The unit was isolated using the service valves, and a manufacturer-approved descaling solution was circulated through the heat exchanger to remove mineral buildup and help maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Upon completion of the flush, the system was thoroughly rinsed, returned to normal operation, and tested to verify proper function with no leaks or operational issues observed.
Arrived to inspect and diagnose an issue with a possible stoppage. The customer had the AC unit recently replaced and the condensation line was full and leaking. An AC technician cleaned that line out. The lav behind the unit slowly drained and was snaked out. The lav at the master bedroom also slowly drained and was snaked out. Accumulation out. Both lavs draining properly.
JIG Plumbing cabled the kitchen drain line through the cleanout access and successfully cleared the debris causing the blockage. Service was completed under the **$97 Kitchen Drain Cleaning Special**. Highly recommend: hydro jetting.
JIG Plumbing confirmed an active water service line leak caused by major root intrusion. The roots placed excessive stress on a 1-inch PVC fitting, resulting in a pipe burst. A spot repair was performed by excavating the affected area and replacing the damaged 1-inch section of the water service line, including the failed fitting, to restore proper operation.
Taylor was awesome. Your Whole Team does amazing work! So Blessed. Thank You. GOD'S GOT THIS
Ive used JIG before and was very happy with their work, so they were my first call again. This time, the issue was with our upstairs showera broken pipe that needed to be removed and replaced. Raymond Munoz was candid and professional. He provided three detailed estimates, so I knew exactly what the costs would be in each scenario. As he performed the service, he even sent pictures to show the process, which I really appreciated. When it came time to replace the fixtures, he didnt just get started; he asked whether I preferred chrome or nickel. That small detail might not matter to some, but to me, it meant a lot. It showed that he cared about getting it right for the customer.
Awesome Alice! Thank you for trusting us with your plumbing and we look forward to being here for you in the future!
Called Jig Plumbing and spoke to Jen. Jen was polite, helpful and clear in explaining a service call and what it would consist of. A time was selected for the nearest appt which was that afternoon. I was contacted shortly that morning by Jen asking me if service tech (John Thompson) can arrive earlier. Of course that was agreeable by me. John arrived, he introduced himself and I began to tell him what my issues were. John listened and was very thorough in explaining what my options would be, as well as discussing what the work would include. John began the job and before I knew it, he was done. Johns work was neat and performed in a professional manner. As John gathered his tools he explained the warranty to me as well as a few other things Jig Plumbing offers. I truly felt my money was well spent as I was confident in Johns ability to handle my plumbing issues. I will definitely recommend Jig Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done. Thank you Jig Plumbing and thank again John and Jen for your professionalism and assistance in taking care of plumbing problem.
