Upon arrival, the technician inspected the water heater for damage and leaks and he also checked the fixture flow rates in the master bathroom. There is no apparent damage or leaks and each fixture in the master bath receives adequate flow and pressure. JIG Plumbing will test the hot water heater by measuring the time it takes for hot water to reach the fixture and also to determine how long the hot water lasts before cutting out. If the water cuts out, we will check for error codes. The technician performed 3 tests: 1. Fixture test 2. Volume test 3. Minimum activation test 1. The master shower passed the first test. No hot water cut out for the entire 10 minutes the fixture demanded hot water. 2. The water heater passed the volume test. The water heater did not cut out for the entire 10 minutes while all hot water was ran in the master bathroom. 3. The water heater failed the activation test. The technician turned the temp control all the way hot before the water heater activated.

Before starting work, the technician confirmed the irrigation service riser was leaking at two locations. The primary leak was found at the 1-1/2” brass nipple threaded into the existing 1-1/2” PVC 90 fitting. The technician isolated the water supply, cut out the damaged section of PVC piping, removed the existing PVC 90, and installed a new 1-1/2” brass 90 with a new Schedule 80 PVC male adapter (MIP). All threaded connections were properly sealed and tightened to provide a secure, leak-free repair. The technician also found the existing 1-1/2” galvanized union on the opposite end of the irrigation service riser leaking. The leaking galvanized union was removed and replaced with a new 1-1/2” galvanized union. Once all repairs were completed, the irrigation service riser was repressurized and thoroughly tested. The technician verified proper operation and confirmed there were no leaks at the repaired connections upon completion of the work.

JIG Plumbing performed an inspection and diagnostic to determine the source of a possible active leak. The customer reported that the leak appeared to be originating from the area around the water heater, which was installed approximately three months ago. **Leak Detection Results:** An active hot water slab leak was confirmed. JIG Plumbing reviewed the findings with the customer and provided available repair options. Arrived to inspect and diagnose a leak at thr garbage disposal. The technician found to be water leaking from inside the unit. Options to replace the unit were presented. JIG Plumbing will Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal.

JIG Plumbing will excavate an area in the front yard in order to determine how viable a repair on existing aging galvanized piping will be. Once the pipe is exposed, a plan of action will be formulated, and submitted in a separate estimate. JIG Plumbing will make a repair to a 3/4” hose bib riser, cutting a section off, and install in a repair coupling with a new section off piping, and a cap, in order led to turn the water back on. Technician test the system once installed, in order to ensure proper operation.

Arrived to HydroJet a kitchen sink drain line from an exterior clean out. Once the Hydro Jetter was performed. A camera inspection followed to view the drain line. The technician ran the camera out about 25 feet and back. At about 4 feet to about 7 feet in there is a small belly in the drain line which is continuing to hold water. However, with the drain line being jetted, the flow of water is continuous and draining out. This will conclude the scope of work.

JIG Plumbing installed a new shower valve, including the new valve and trim, per the customer's request. The customer chose to keep the existing shower head and shower arm (neck). Access to the valve was made through the drywall on the backside of the shower wall. After completing the installation, the drywall cutout was reinstalled. JIG Plumbing does not provide drywall patching or finishing, and any additional drywall repair or painting will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement of 1.25" PRV with ball valve and hose bib. Included the anti syphon valve at the back yard with hose bib. Both hose bibs have vacuum breakers installed.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new fill valve and flapper, as the existing is no longer functioning properly and allowing water to drain constantly. Upon completion, technician will test to ensure proper functionality.

Arrived to inspect and diagnose an issue with a toilet not flushing properly. The technician attempted to Auger and was unsuccessful,the toilet was pulled and the drain was inspected. Some sort of black rubbery material was in the drain within 5 ft. This was only affecting this toilet, nothing else. Used the small Ridgid flex shaft to break this up, and was successful. HydroJetting this drain from the pulled toilet to about 30 feet is recommended to clean the remaining debris in it.

JIG Plumbing will install a new gas grill, making sure all connections are sound. Technician will test all burner components in order to confirm proper functionality.

Provided a camera inspection of the main sewer line in order to provide a second opinion for Escrow. Found combination of cast iron, clay, and potentially orangeburg pipe. Lining through the lumps in the pipe is not recommended. Recommendations: descale and hydrojet pipe under the home, 15 feet of spray liner underneath the home, pipe burst approx. 23 feet of pipe in the front yard, install a two way cleanout. Lining the last 40 feet of pipe is optional as the pipe is in good working condition.

Thoroughly flush water heater to remove sediment. No replacement parts or warranty on any existing components included. If any parts require replacement prior to or after flush then this would be an additional cost to service.

JIG Plumbing hydro jetted the main sewer line through the accessible cleanout to clear the blockage. Due to limited access, we also pulled and reset the downstairs toilet to hydro jet the additional section of the main line that could not be reached from the existing cleanout. After completing the hydro jetting, we performed a camera inspection of the main sewer line to evaluate its condition and verify that the line was flowing properly. We recommend installing a two-way cleanout for the downstairs toilet branch line. At this time, the downstairs toilet drain does not have its own accessible cleanout, which makes future maintenance and drain cleaning more difficult and requires removing the toilet to access that section of the line.

Arrived to install a customer supplied garbage disposal. After installation the unit was turned on and tested. Working properly.

JIG Plumbing came out to replace toilet fill valve supplied by customer.

American Standard Shower Cartridge Replacement JIG Plumbing removed the existing American Standard shower cartridge and installed a new replacement cartridge. After installation, the valve was tested to ensure proper operation and verify that there were no leaks. This service included labor and the replacement cartridge. JIG Plumbing reinstalled the existing shower trim. The trim was not in the best condition; however, it was reinstalled to the best of our ability. Clear caulking was applied around the existing gaps, consistent with the previous installation. JIG Plumbing is not responsible for the condition or performance of the existing trim. Due to its condition, we recommend replacing the complete shower valve assembly or trim to ensure proper fit, function, and long-term reliability.

JIG will replace a total of two emergency laundry shut off valves. Once scope of work is completed technician will pressurize system to insure their are no leaks.

JIG Plumbing diagnosed and troubleshot the garbage disposal/drain issue and was able to restore drainage. Water is now flowing down the drain properly. No need to cable drain.

JIG Plumbing will hydro jet via access toilet flange. Technician will then replace emergency shut off valve next to pulled toilet. Once scope of work is completed technician will pressurize system to insure their are no leaks and that optimal flow is occurring.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install three (3) emergency shut off valves at all toilet locations. Water will be shut off to the home, and the technician will install the new 1/4 turn mini ball valve shut offs. Once installed, the technician will then turn the water back on in order to test for proper functionality, and inspect for any leaks. New braided stainless steel supply lines will also be installed at time of work.

JIG Plumbing installed two (2) new customer-supplied shower valves. Work was performed from the front side of the valve locations and required opening the existing tile wall to gain access to the plumbing. The existing shower valves were removed and replaced with the new customer-supplied valves. Upon completion, the plumbing system was tested to verify proper operation and confirm there were no leaks. Tile repair, wall finishing, and painting were not included unless otherwise specified.

Upon arrival, the technician inspected the existing tankless water heater and found that the current in-line filter housing had cracked and was leaking. Due to the failed filter housing, the tankless water heater could not be safely operated, leaving the customer without hot water until the issue is resolved. The technician explained the benefits of each option and answered any questions regarding system protection, water quality, scale prevention, and ongoing maintenance. JIG Plumbing will cap the existing 3/4-inch line feeding the damaged manifold to stop the leak. This is a temporary repair until an irrigation specialist can assess the system and install a new manifold.

Arrived to diagnose a possible laundry line stoppage. The technician ran two cycles and drain the water, with no indication that the drain line had some sort of restriction in it. Options were provided and the drain line was snaked out as a preventative maintenance. accumulation out.
