JIG will repair burst water line in wall up to 1" in size and up to 10ft in length. JIG will also supply and install a 1.25" pressure reducing valve and a MoenFlo leak detection device on the home water inlet in the garage by opening drywall to access the piping and plumb the items in place inside of the garage. We also inspected and diagnose for leaks, No leaks. New water pressure on PRV was adjusted and set between 70-75psi.

Arrived to perform electronic leak detection to find cause of flooding to home. At time of detection found sudden burst has occurred on potable cold water system at downstairs 1/2 bath within wall of home resulting in instant flooding of this and surrounding areas.

JIG Plumbing will Repipe the Slyder’s two bathroom home. We will replace all piping and shut off valves in the home, including a new manifold: whole house emergency shut off valve, pressure regulating valve, isolation valves at three lavatory faucets, two toilets, two shower valves, ice maker valve, clothes washing machine, dishwasher, and water heater. We will also be reconnecting the kitchen faucet and also the bar sink. All valves will be quarter turn, compression valves. We will also replace all supply lines. The customer will supply the shower valves and we will install them. The customer is responsible for ensuring the trim will fit the existing holes. Additionally, we will supply and install a new manual 3/4” brass body irrigation fill valve for the fountain, replacing the existing fill valve. We will install two hose bibs: one in the front and one in the back yard in place of the existing hose bibs. The piping will be a combination of Uponor Pex A and type L copper. Whereve

Upon arrival, the technician was shown that the kitchen faucet had very little water pressure, and the kitchen sink was draining slowly, even after it had been snaked by another company. To address this issue, the technician replaced both the hot and cold water emergency shut-off valves underneath the kitchen sink with new customer-supplied 1/4-turn valves. They also cleaned the filters in the kitchen faucet and the supply lines to regain pressure, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Since the customer had already purchased a replacement kitchen faucet, the technician replaced the old faucet with the new customer-supplied Moen touchless kitchen faucet. Next, the technician disassembled the kitchen drainage and used a mini hydro jet to clear the blockage. This process pulled back and washed out an excessive amount of grease buildup. Once the kitchen drain was fully clear, the technician reassembled the drainage and thoroughly tested the work for leaks and functionality.

JIG Plumbing will install customer supplied Grohe parts for upstairs master shower, as it is believed to be the source of the crossover for hot water, which is getting in to the cold water line. Technician will remove the existing patprts, and replace with the new parts, ensuring that proper steps are taken to reinstall. Once installed, the system will be tested for proper functionality. If crossover issues still persist, a deeper diagnosis will be required, which will result in an additional charge. Labor warranty for up to six months. No warranty for customer supplied items.

JIG Plumbing will remove a section of water damaged drywall in order to gain direct access to the leak in the wall. Once the drywall is removed, the leak will be inspected, and a plan of repair will be formulated, and submitted in a separate estimate. JIG Plumbing will repair a leaking section of 3/4” copper water line with a new section, including new copper piping and new fittings. Once the line is repaired, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality, as well as a lack of leaks.

JIGPlumbing will snake the master side by side lavs upstairs from a dropped trap. Also will be replacing both pop up assemblies with new push, pop ups. Hallway lav will be replacing the tailpiece for the pop up assembly as well. Drains are working properly, everything was checked for leaks. 1 year warranty on parts and labor 30 day warranty on snaking of drain.

Upon arrival JIGPlumbing did a quick diagnostic and found the leak to be right below the galvanized T and pvc. It recommended to rebuild from the T up the riser with a new hose bib,then connect towards the back for the irrigation line, this will also include a couple of rebar sticks to secure it against the fence. 1 year warranty on parts and labor

JIG Plumbing will replace the main water shut off, as the existing is currently not shutting off completely. This is making leak detections difficult, because the house cannot be isolated from the water line in the yard. Technician will install a new shut of, in order to begin determining whether the line from the meter to the house is leaking, or the under the house is leaking. JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new hose bib at the water service riser, due to the existing bib leaking. The old bib will be unsoldered, and a new bib will be installed in its place. Once installed, the bib will be tested stop ensure proper functionality. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service.

JIG Plumbing will cal, the tankless manufacturer in order to find out what part is necessary in order to get the tankless up and running. Repair estimate will follow, once the diagnostic is complete.

Upstairs master bathroom Repaired the toilet flange,installed new bolts,and wax rings. Put back together the tank to bowl. Tested for leaks. Everything working properly. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival technician was able to determine the source of water occurring behind the master bath shower is due to the shower pan/Hot Mop Sealant. Technician also was able to determine ceiling damaged possibly caused by a roof leak.

Upon arrival technician collected payment via check. Technician also inspected exterior hose bib to insure that there was no leak. In conclusion technician was able to confirm a micro drip accumulating within the bib
