Upon arrival the technician was informed that the upstairs men’s restroom had a bad sewer smell. The technician went upstairs to further investigate and as I walked in the odor was strong. I immediately noticed the urinal and it had no water standing in it,as I got close the smell got stronger. The urinal was then flushed a couple of times. The 2 toilets were fine, one of the lavs also getting an odor looked dry. Water was turned on for a few seconds. The technician also checked the women’s and everything is working properly. Downstairs unisex right side bathroom, toilet not flushing properly. The technician noticed the handle when flushed wasn’t pushing down on the canister for the pressure assisted tank. The technician adjusted the level on the canister and tested it several by flushing it. Both restrooms downstairs were checked and everything is working properly.

Upon arrival technician was able to locate a sudden leak occurring within the wall. Technician was successful in eliminating and rebuild existing copper manifold. JIG Plumbing will make drywall incisions in order to locate existing pinhole leak. Technician will then rebuild 1/2 inch copper hot water manifold due to the location of the existing leak. Once scope of work is completed technician will then pressurize system to insure their are no more leaks existing.

Upstairs master toilet. Customer stated that when angle stop was turned on, no water filled the tank. The technician did a quick inspection and water came out of supply line, so once connected to the fill valve no water came out. The technician recommended and went ahead and replaced the bad fill valve with a new one. Once everything was connected the water was turned back on and tested. Upon arrival technician was visibly able to see water rising up from concrete slab and highly suggests an electronic leak detection in order to pinpoint location of leak.

After replacing emergency shut off valves for the kitchen, we noticed a leak at the San tee connection for the kitchen drain. Recommended to open up the drywall and inspect the drain line. After inspection, the most likely course of action will be to replace the sanitary tee in the wall, reconnecting the drain line and vent with no hub couplings, replacing only small sections of pipe. Price is to cut drywall and replace San tee in the wall. JIG Plumbing will not put back drywall, but we can refer someone to patch the drywall. Disclaimer: If any additional pipe needs to be replaced, for instance, if we cannot connect to the existing pipe, we will provide any necessary pricing before chasing the pipe to look for a good connection. Whole building emergency shut off will not turn by hand, and hose bib on riser is leaking. Front unit does not have an isolation valve. JIG plumbing will install a new 1-1/4” whole building ball style emergency shut off valve, add a 3/4” copper male adapter and hose bib, and 1” ball style emergency shut off valve for front unit. We will check for leaks and functionality. Replaced emergency shut off valve and supply line for the women’s warehouse toilet as it was quite corroded. Upon arrival the Technician was informed by the customer of the situation, and noticed both sides of the kitchen sink backed up. Only the shower and bathtub when draining were affecting the kitchen drain line and backing up in it. The Technician dropped the trap and proceeded to snake the drain line, once completed,the trap was put back together and started to run water, first by filling up both sides of the sinks and draining them several times. Then ran water from upstairs shower and bathtub to continue checking for any back up! None of the toilets were affecting this drain line, Drain line is clear and draining properly.

Upon arrival technician proceeded with a complimentary water heater tank flush and water testing. In conclusion to testing the water did test high for chlorine and PH level, and will highly recommended to install a conditioning system for the entire home.

Previous installation of 1" water service bypassed irrigation connection under concrete walk way, leaving irrigation disconnected from water. Riser with shut off valve for future connection was installed at time of water service installation to reconnect irrigation system. JIG Plumbing will install new 3/4" Type L copper piping and run it along the top of the block wall, tucked under the top of the cap of the wall, so it's to be minimal visible. JIG will excavate around irrigation valves, to gain direct access and connect new water line to the valves. Piping will be strapped onto the wall so it will be secure.
