Shut off valve for Sloan flush valve is leaking, and needs to be rebuilt. Due to age and condition of the flush valve itself, it was recommended to rebuild the entire flush valve. JIG Plumbing will supply and install new internal components to rebuild the existing Sloan flush valve and shut off valve. Once completed water will be turned back on to ensure there are no further issues.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a toilet that was constantly flushing. The technician rebuilt toilet flushometer which controls the flow of water into the toilet during a flush. The technician also investigated a reported smell in the women’s restroom but was unable to detect any unusual or foul smells at this time. The technician noticed that the third lavatory from the entrance was leaking water from the drain area. Upon further inspection, the technician determined that the drain assembly was faulty and required replacement. To resolve the issue, the technician carefully removed the entire old drain assembly and replaced it with a new one. The new drain assembly was installed securely, and all connections were tightened to prevent further leaks. After installation, the technician tested the lavatory, confirming that the leak was fully resolved and the system was functioning correctly without any issues.

Technician pulled and reset a total of 9 toilets combined in mens and womens restrooms. The Sloan valves were also rebuilt. After completing work all toilets were flushed and checked for any leaks. The lav sinks in the mens restroom were also checked and only noticed water slightly splashing out of the sink when water is fully on! Did not notice any water leaks from the drain connections.

Upon arrival customer showed me were the leak was at. The repair was done at the ceiling thru the tiles. Replaced a 1/2 copper T, ball valve, and fittings, water was turned back on, line was pressurized, water heater recirculating pump was turned back on. All lavs and toilets were turned on. 1st floor womens restrooms at handicap stall, will need a spud gasket replaced.

Technician will utilize camera via access sewer clean out.

Upon arrival technicians diagnosed source of constant water running. In conclusion to diagnosis and series of tests technicians were able to determine that the constant water flow is occurring within HVAC systems. Technicians see constant water discharging into drainage. Technicians isolated water to the unit to confirm and was successful in testing, technicians then re-opened ball valve to original position. Technician recommends to have a HVAC technician to inspect unit. Technicians will diagnose source of issue.

Upstairs mens restroom, toilet Sloan valve rebuild. After valve was rebuilt, flushed the toilet and it was clogged. An auger was used to clear the stoppage. Tested it several times after valve is working properly and toilet is flushing.

2nd floor mens restroom lav, leaking from pop up assembly , replaced with a new one.

Installed a gas line for a residential pool, ensuring a safe and efficient connection to the pool heater. Conducted thorough pressure tests and verified the proper functioning of the gas line to provide reliable heating for the pool.

1st. Floor mens restroom. Pulled and reset urinal, snaked the drain line, accumulation out, replaced urinal gasket. O ring and vacuum breaker replaced as well. All lavs, kitchen sink faucet, toilets and floor drains were inspected! Poured water down the floor drains.

Estimate to replace gas line for pool

Existing upstairs, men’s right hand toilet was not functioning properly and was shut off technician disassemble toilet, and installed new diaphragm, new, vacuum, breaker, new, O-ring, and new handle assembly. Toilet was reassembled and turned on. After testing, toilet was shown to flush slower than normal, but a full and complete flush nonetheless. If previous problem continues to persist, new valve replacement is recommended, as this valve has significant buildup inside the valve body.

Main line at a 3”wall clean out in patio. Grease, roots and accumulation out. Did a camera inspection and was able to see a ball of roots at around 35 ft. Unable to open up the blades completely due to the wall access. Recommend a yearly maintenance on this line or we can also Hydro Jett to get rid of the roots! Keep in mind without a repair on this section of sewer line, roots will eventually grow back!

Inspected noise from bathroom hot water valve. Discovered valve was not fully open. Also inspected leak under kitchen sink and gas leak at fire place. Provided estimate for replacement of end waste outlet and new log valve.
