Job Locations and Reviews
Technician noticed water leaking from the drain under the lav. The p trap and waste arm were removed and replaced with new parts, plus an ADA sleeve (cover) over the drains. After all connections were completed, water was run and tested for leaks. Everything working properly.
Replaced the Sloan valve in the mens bathroom, and replaced the Sloan valve in the first stall in the women’s bathroom. Replaced the garbage disposal as well. Once everything was installed, it was checked for leaks. Everything working properly
Upon arrival once opening the door to the restroom the sewer smell was strong. Technician recommended pulling and resetting all 3 toilets to replace the wax rings. When disconnecting the Sloan valves from the toilets the technician noticed the valves were old, corrosion buildup and very hard to remove. Technician was able to connect everything back together. Only the first toilet stall in the women’s restroom at the angle stop, keeps leaking. The water to the entire bank will have to be shut off in order to replace the valves to the toilets. Technician will submit an estimate to replace the Sloan valves on 2 toilets, and also the Garbage disposal in kitchen is out of order.
Attempt to clear your main drain from an inside access point using an electric snake. Was successful in clearing drain but pulled back wipes on cable. Evaluate your drain piping using a video inspection camera. The technician did find wipes in the drain line and a pack of wipes in the women’s restroom. This voids the warranty. For today we will cover under warranty but in the future, because wipes were found then there will be a charge to clear the drain.
Technician will snake utilizing clean out access located inside men’s restroom. Once line is cleared technician will then perform camera inspection to insure the the line is clear and no further issues exist. Due to the amount of wipes used technician had to hydro jet sewer line at approximately 3000 psi. DISCLAIMER: No warranty due to commercial location/ and the large amount of wipes being used
Replaced basket strainer,trap and waste, in kitchen sink. Also put silicone around the stainless steel sink, tenant said it leaks!
