Upon arrival, the technician was shown a toilet that would not flush and was leaking from underneath. After further investigation, the technician found the shower not draining and the lavatory and kitchen would back up into toilet and shower as well. The technician the. Found a clean out in the kitchen for the toilet and used an electric snake to clear the mainline stoppage approximately 60ft to 80ft down the line. Once cleared the technician tested all fixtures thoroughly. The technician then pulled and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Once reset, the technician found that the tank to bowl gasket was leaking. The technician replaced the tank to bowl gasket and hardware and the. Finally, the technician tested the toilet leaks and functionality.

Upon arrival, Michelle was concerned about the deck plate being raised on the left side and water seeping under. Noah explained to her the design of the deck plate, that it is only secured by the faucet hole in the center and by design (although it could be better) does not secure on the wings of the deck plate. He assured her that no water will get under and down below the sink because of the plumbers putty under the deck plate and faucet.
