Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival, the technician was shown a wet spot on the garage ceiling. To determine the exact source of the leak, the technician had to cut open the ceiling where the wet area was located. Once open the technician found the leak was from the toilet. The technician had to replace the shut off valve to the toilet due to the existing valve having failed and would not shut off. Then the technician pulled the toilet and confirmed the wax seal had failed. The technician then cleaned the area underneath the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then reset the toilet. The technician then tested thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Drywall patch is not included. The technician taped up the open drywall for now. JIG will provide a referral to patch drywall. Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor on emergency shut off valve No warranty on pull and reset of toilet
JIG will supply and install Halo Zero 10 yr no maintenance water conditioner inside of data control room. We will open drywall to accommodate access to water piping and install of filter that will attempt to cure yellow coloring of water and also provide fresh water throughout building.
Install a standard 50 gallon natural gas water heater Bradford and White with new water and gas supplies, new gas shut off, new sediment trap, haul away old. Warranty: 2 yr labor 6 yr manufacturer warranty.
Install a customer supplied lav faucet installation including a thorough check of all shutoffs under the sink, as well as connecting water supply lines and drainage. Warranty: 6 month labor only
