Upon arriving the technician was walked to the area and section of the wall was already cut open to expose the leak. The technician did a brief inspection and found a pin hole leak right above a coupling. A section was cut off and replaced with new pipe and fittings. Water was turned back on and tested for leaks. JIG plumbing will remove the existing 3/4” meter nipple, gate valve, and nipples up to the 3/4x1x3/4” galvanized tee. We will disconnect and remove the existing hose bib and cut the riser to below ground level. We will remove the 3/4” galvanized tee. The technician will then rebuild the fittings with a meter nipple, new threaded ball valve as an emergency shut off, new nipple, new 1x3x4x3/4” tee, and a new connection to the irrigation line. We will use new galvanized and brass fittings. We will reconnect to the irrigation using a union or a press fitting. This price does not include replacing the 1” galvanized 90s. If the 90s or any other supply piping needs to be replaced, it will be considered additional work. Warranty: there is a 30 day warranty only on the newly installed piping. Upon arrival, three floor sinks are backing up. Removed the cleanout cap in the middle of the kitchen floor and it is holding water. When the restroom toilet is flushed across the hall, the flush does not affect the water level. Spoke with Jeremy on site, will call KJ for approval. Warranty: No warranty. The cable was getting caught on what felt like offsets. There were multiple spots in the pipe where the cable started to bind up. A camera inspection is highly recommended. It is recommended to maintenance the pipe at least once a year.

Upon arrival technician was successful in re-creating issue. Technician was able to determine cause of running toilet after newly installed flapper was due to residue stuck to the plastic within the tank not allowing the Toto flapper to create a proper seal. Technician removed residue and re-installed flapper. Technician flushed toilet multiple times and waited approximately 20 min to insure the issue did not occur again.

JIG plumbing arrived to provide customer with multiple options to eliminate hot water slab leak in home which includes whole home re-pipe with Uponor PEX pipe and patch of walls with texture.

JIG Plumbing will replace a total of (2) Toto Flappers, (2) toilet fill valves and will install a new toilet handle located in the master bathroom. Once scope of work is complete technician will pressurize the toilets to insure there are no leaks and that optimal flow is occurring. WARRANTY: 6 months in leaks, labor and materials. Upon arrival the technician tested the washer and it backed up immediately. The technician went ahead and snaked the drain line thru the stand pipe and the clean out. After running water in the drain, it backed up again. The technician went ahead and hydro jetted the drain line thru the clean out. Once done the technician tested the drain with the washer full load and drained it. The drain is clear and draining properly. 60 day warranty.

Upon arrival the technician ran water in kitchen sink, noticed it only backed up in the side with the garbage disposal,tried turning it on and failed. The disposal was the unjammed and button was reset. Technician turned it on and it works properly. Technician checked for leaks, and draining restrictions. Draining properly and no leaks. No warranty

Jig plumbing was able to test the pressure to the home and found that the regulator has failed and now is allowing over 150 psi into the home most likely damaging The fixtures. all pipes in the home are still in galvanized. Warranty for 1 year parts and labor

All work done is in the downstairs hall bathroom. JIG Plumbing will remove the old toilet and install the supplied toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts, and clear caulking sealant. We will thoroughly clean the floor before setting the new toilet so the “ring” of the old toilet is cleaned off the floor. We will install three angle stops: one for the toilet and two for the lav. We will clean the pipe and check for damage before installing high quality, durable ceramic disc quarter turn angle stops. We will turn the water on and thoroughly check for leaks. When installing the angle stops, had to cut back on the pipe under the sink in order to attach to pipe that is undamaged. Removed all paint from the 1/2” copper before attaching. For the pipe by the toilet, the pipe was too damaged to easily remove the ferrule and attach. Cut the ferrule with a multi tool and soldered a 1/2” coupling and a piece of pipe in order to attach the angle stop. Replaced the escutcheon before attaching
