Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Clear your outside area drain with Power-Jet and evaluate your drain piping with a video inspection camera.

Arrived to perform complimentary tank-type flush.

Drain cleaning through accessible clean-out access. No stoppage warranty due to roots. The technician found the bottom of the toilet was wet and the toilet was loose. The technician pulled the toilet and found the toilet wax had failed due to the broken cast iron toilet flange. It appears that an attempt was made to repair, but this did not secure the toilet and left the toilet loose. The technician then cut out the cast iron closet bend from inside the crawlspace and removed the closet flange. The technician then installed a new ABS closet bend and flange. The technician used a flange spacer and wood screws to secure the flange to the subfloor to make sure there is no movement. Then the technician reset the toilet with a new wax ring and mounting hardware. The technician also replaced the toilet fill valve at no extra cost due to the old fill valve whistling. 1-year parts and labor warranty on closet flange.

Upon arrival the customer stated that both toilets were backed up. This is in Unit B Unit A was not affected. The technician snaked from the clean out access and also did a camera inspection of the sewer line. Heavy amount of paper, possibly paper towels from what was in the restroom and accumulation out. No Warranty.


Arrived to install toilet shut-off valve, toilet, wall-mounted faucet trim, and the sink drain. Due to the customer’s custom plumbing fixtures, parts needed to be ordered for the toilet, and the wall tile needed to be removed in order to line up the drain properly. Upon return trip, the tile was removed, and the technician was able to line up the sink drain straight with the dirty arm. During the final trip, after the tile was reinstalled and the part arrived for the toilet, the technician was able to set the toilet and assemble the sink drain with the existing parts. No warranty on the toilet reset due to improper flange height as discussed.

Diagnose and troubleshoot Pin point gas leak. Once leak has been exposed we will be able to provide customer with options to repair or replace water heater. Water heater is out of warranty MFD: 2016 Diagnose and troubleshoot We were able to diagnose and troubleshoot water heater: -Sight glass (Breached) broken seal -gas control valve assembly -No gas leaks coming from supply line or shutoff valve 30 gallon Water heater swap includes: -New supply lines hot and cold -Gas settlement trap with new shutoff valve -New 3/4” T & P copper line -Steel pan install Includes 1 year warranty on craftsmanship and parts with 6 year warranty on behalf of manufacturer.

Upon of arrival, Active/ emergency leak inside garage above ceiling. Approval over the phone by Brittany (Landlord) to proceed with visual leak detection and expose active leak. We will be opening up a small sections of drywall approximately 4x4. Provide customer with visual leak detection. Includes opening small sections of drywall to pin point leak. Once leak has been exposed we will then be able to provide customer with options. First step would be to find leak and where is it coming from. (**Does not include repair or drywall patching**) Leak was exposed: Not a plumbing problem. Leak coming from exterior wall pvc line on second floor dripping down onto first floor roof hitting shingles causing a knocking sound. Water saturation through roof shingles effecting garage drywall ceiling. We highly recommend contacting A/C company and water damage water restoration company.

The technician arrived and the toilet and downstairs bathtub were backing up when water runs. The blockage cleared on its own in front of the technician. The technician was authorized by the homeowner to perform a sewer camera inspection from the roof. We located root intrusion 2’ deep below the wall of the bathtub shared with the exterior of the home. JIG Plumbing will return and remove the hall toilet. We will Use a descale/ chain knockers machine to shred the roots. We will confirm that all roots are removed with a camera and inspect the remaining section of pipe with a sewer camera. We will then reset the toilet and check for leaks. Warranty: 6 month warranty on parts and labor Disclaimer: this is not considered a permanent solution because the roots will grow back. The customer can attempt to use root killer to kill the roots before they grow back. However, if the roots continue to grow, we will need to maintenance the roots. Upon of arrival, We got the confirmation approval to open up drywall to expose leak. We were able to open up section of drywall and expose 1/2” copper 90* pin hole burst causing water to saturate through drywall sipping into hallway tile and base boards. Rerouting 1/2” water line feeding toilet with removal of drywall does not include patching. Pulling and resetting toilet may be additional to remove if necessary. We also replaced wash bow/ vanity (hot & cold) emergency shut off valves direct swap out. Highly recommend installing a water filtration system due to hard water conditions.

For this job, we came out for active leak coming from inside wall. Water to home is currently off. Home built in 1958, we will need to get home tested before opening up any walls inside home. We will be giving customer option to preform a leak detection walk through and confirm active leak and document all discoveries in plumbers report. Service fee $351.00 We were able to turn on water to home and provide a walk through visual inspection. We were able to recreate issue and we can confirm a sudden burst water line to be source of damages.

Cable, mini jet, and camera inspect kitchen line to determine quality of cleaning and condition of drain line. 90 days warranty barring any abuse

Install a pressure reducing valve that maintains a safe operating water pressure in your home. Ball valve and hose bib not included. 2 yr parts and labor warranty. Install/Replace 2 toilets, one with a standard elongated model comfort height and seat and the second with a round model standard height and seat. Contractor grade. Includes new wax, new supply lines, new closet bolts, haul away old, 2 yr parts and labor warranty. On the toilet in the master bathroom, the flange was very low which caused the wax seal to wash out prematurely. To resolve the issue, the technician installed a new flange with 2 flange spacers to bring the flange to the tile level and the technician secured the flange with concrete screws.

JIG Plumbing arrived Saturday and found the 75 gallon WH leaking. The technician summarized the job with the customer, went over pricing, and obtained authorization. The technician shut off the water to the building and attempted to loop the hot and cold lines with the existing supply line, however, neither supply line was intact, so the technician used a stock 1” supply line to loop the system. The water is back on to the home so the customers have cold water. Additionally, the water heater is too full of sediment to drain with the existing drain bib. The technician was able to remove the existing drain bib and replace it with a full port ball valve and drain the system. He instructed the customer when the water is done draining, to shut off the valve and they can reel in the hose. Ray and Frank will return Monday to retrieve Noah’s ball valve and replace the heater. In the downstairs bathroom, the technician replaced the toilet supply line due to failed gaskets at connection. The technician also replaced the fill valve and supply line in the upstairs master bathroom toilet due to toilet constantly running. Then the technician tightened the recently installed tank bolts on the upstairs hallway bathroom toilet. Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor warranty

Install customer supplied kitchen faucet with side sprayer and a new garbage disposal button. Install customer supplied cartridges for 2 widespread lav faucets, both hot and cold and clean the aerators for both faucets. Clean the aerator for the Roman tub faucet. Install customer supplied shower valve trim and cartridges for master bathroom shower. Provide and install a new 1/2” FIP hose bib.

Upon arrival, the technician was taps the customer’s water bill was extremely high. The technician checked the meter but the digital screen was glitching and not showing a proper reading. The customer also showed the technician their water bill where the period ended on 6/10/25. The technician had previously come out on 6/6/25 and found that the water softener was purging constantly and this had been going on for awhile. The technician had shut off the softener on that date but the constant purging was the cause of the high water bill.

After a quick inspection the technician noticed an aftermarket flapper that was not making a proper seal. It was recommended to replace it with the manufacturer part. The new flapper was installed in place and tested. 30 days warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a cut galvanized water line underneath the home. The customer heard the leak and was able to cut open the floor and excavate the area to expose the galvanized water leak. The customer cut out the damaged pipe and attempted to remove the riser from the tee himself but did not want to crush the pipe. The technician then exposed the area a little more and was able to remove the riser from the tee with a nipple extractor and pipe wrenches. Once removed, the technician clean the fittings as best as possible and installed a MIP PEX adapter in both tees and reconnected the line using PEX. Then the technician turned on the water and tested repair and inspected for leaks. Also cleared the toilet fill valve and the bathtub cold water supply line of debris. Highly recommend Repipe and will provide an estimate. Warranty: 1 yr on repair only. No warranty on existing galvanized piping or fittings.

Supply and install new 40 gallon nat. gas water heater up to code and manufacturer specifications. Warranty: 4 yr labor 6 yr manufacturer 1 yr on recirculating pump The technician also adjusted the water heater venting son the roof and replaced the pilot kit under warranty on the water heater.

JIG Plumbing will make a repair to a burst water line under the master restroom. This line burst at an elbow, and sprayed water up against the subfloor, causing potential water damage. Once line is repaired, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality.


JIG Plumbing will perform descale flush, in order to ensure maximum efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the heater. Technician will inspect the heater to ensure there are no issues with the unit.

Upon arrival the technician ran water in the kitchen sink and noticed it backed up immediately. The technician gave the customer options and decided to snake only. JIGPlumbing will attempt to snake and clear the kitchen sink drain line from a dropped trap. The technician was successful. Accumulation out. 30 day warranty.

Upon arrival the technician inspected the existing garbage disposal and found that it would leak when turned on. The technician gave the customer a couple of options. JIGPlumbing will provide and install the new garbage disposal,connect everything back together and test the unit and drains for leaks. 2 year warranty on parts and labor.
