Remove the urinal to gain access to the urinal flange. From the small crawl in closet underneath the stairs and behind the urinal, the technician will cut out a section of ABS that is leaking from the urinal santee. Once the section is cut out, the technician will rebuild the section properly so the urinal is mounted securely with minimal stress on the drain line. Once complete, the technician will remount the urinal and test work thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor
JIG will need to pull toilet in order to expose and replace failing closet flange under toilet. The technician was able to chip away concrete around the flange without breaking any tile. Once the repair was made, the technician reset the toilet and tested thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Toilet is now secure and functioning properly. The technician also cleared the men’s urinal in the mechanics area at no extra charge. Upon completion of these items the technician was informed of another loose toilet. Upon further inspection, the technician found the toilet flange had also failed and needed to be replaced. The technician then pulled the toilet to expose the failed closet flange without breaking the technician was able to securely install the new closet flange with concrete screws. Once cleared, tested your urinal to ensure that it is leak free and operating properly.
