The technician swapped the handles to their proper location, removed the tubular drainage and the pop-up assembly which was leaking, and removed the hot and cold water emergency shut-off valve reducers that were both leaking. The technician had to remove excessive silicone off of the tubular drainage and the pop-up assembly and reinstalled properly, replacing the branched tailpiece and the gaskets. The technician also installed new reducers on the emergency shut-off valves and then tested the faucet and drainage thoroughly. JIG Plumbing will remove the existing bathtub/shower enclosure and dispose of it. We will need to cut roughly 6-8” of drywall all around to remove. We will not remove any tile flooring. We will provide and install a new shower enclosure that is 60”x32” which is 2” deeper than the existing bathtub enclosure. While the enclosure is removed, we will provide and install a new Moen Posi Temp shower valve and brushed Nickel trim (Brecklyn brushed nickel single handle). It will come with a tub spout, handle/lever, and dual shower head. We will replace the waste and overflow for the new tub enclosure. We will need to open drywall in the left side adjacent bedroom closet to access the waste and overflow. We will put back a 16x16 access panel in the closet. We will check for leaks before leaving.
