JIGPlumbing is to snake the main line from a 4” clean out at the back of the house. The technician attempted to snake the the drain using a double blade. While snaking the line the technician had several areas of resistance. The technician was able to clear and go thru the drain line successfully,however there are some areas that are offset. The technician explained and gave some options to the customer to resolve the issues. Recommend hydro jetting and or possible repair. No warranty

JIG will install the customer provided Mixit shower cartridge and handle. We will install the customer provided cartridge and handle, checking for leaks. We will need to shut off the water to the building before performing the work and turn it back on once the work is complete. Warranty: 90 day warranty on workmanship. JIG plumbing will attempt a unjamming Garbage Dispolsal. If the disposal operate properly, after being on jam, then the unit will be good to go. If it does not unjam, the unit will need to be replaced, and an estimate for replacement will be submitted. No warranty on disposal unjamming. Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal, as the existing is leaking from below. Technician will remove the existing disposal, and install a new unit. Technician will also clear out the hose coming from the air gap, as the homeowner states water is coming out of the air gap, indicating a blockage. Once all items are dealt with, everything will be inspected to ensure proper functionality.

Upon arrival the customer walked me thru the issue. The tub/shower has a continuous leak, it is recommended to replace the stems and seats. After the technician installed the new tub, shower rebuilt kit. The technician noticed it drips for about 7 minutes then comes to a complete stop. The technician did recommend that the existing valve could be the problem and to consider replacing the valve.

Upon arrival, the customer showed the technician a black spot in the laundry room ceiling. JIG will open up the drywall ceiling in the laundry room to inspect the source of the leak. We will run water if this is necessary to diagnose the leak. We will put a drop cloth over the machines to protect them. We will do a basic cleanup when finished. The customer said the home is built in 1997, so no concern for lead and asbestos. JIG Plumbing will repair the leaking 3/4” fitting by removing the 3/4” pipe and soldering a new 3/4” pipe into the fitting. We will check for leaks. We will also cut out the other 3/4x1/2x1/2 copper fitting and replace it with new press or sweat fittings and pipe. We will also remove the existing laundry valves and replace them with new compression laundry valves. We will install high quality quarter turn laundry valves and check for leaks. 6 month warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival the urinal was flushed and it backed up immediately, he technician did a quick inspection of all the fixtures in the restroom and only the urinal was affected. The technician went ahead and snaked the urinal at trap and line. Accumulation out. NO WARRANTY.

Gas control valve and pilot kit replacement options. Jig plumbing will be swapping out old water heater with a new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater. This will be a standard upgrade that will include only the water heater and water supply lines. Jig plumbing attempted to repair old water heater and foundthe burner to the system had a hole that created the system to give an error code for the gas control valve. We will be returning all parts that we purchased. If supply house does not accept the returns we will not be returning the additional $300. If supply house accept the parts we will send back the $300

Upon arrival JIGPlumbing did a quick inspection on the restroom and found that only the 2 urinals had stoppages. The technician started to test them and within the first flush they backed up. The technician checked the clean out and it was not affected. Continued by removing the trap and snaking the urinal from there, clearing the stoppage. Continued to the next one and cleared it from trap and lining it. Heavy calcium and accumulation out. No warranty.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new fill valve and flapper for the upstairs restroom toilet, as the existing fill valve does not function. A new flapper will be installed as well, due to the heavy buildup on it. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service.

Upon arrival homeowner requested estimates in regards to rough plumbing.

Upon arrival, customer had stated that he had resolved the issue finding out that the poor fill valve was releasing too much water into the pool and decreasing the pressure to the home after isolating the waterline to the fill valve he was able to find out the issue was due to the fill valve Customer tried to fix the problem himself and cracked the pipe after investigating the issue. We were able to determine that the tile on the pole steps would have to be broken and excavated to access the pipe underneath the ground a proper estimate has been left behind to make the repair.

Upon arrival, customer had stated they have been receiving a loud noise at the water heater and would like a diagnostic on what needs to happen next after the technician inspected the issue we came to the conclusion that there is a huge amount aceta buildup in the water heater, and the edge of the tankless is also exceeded its limits recommendations to replace a water heater will be will be sent to the email provided.

JIG Plumbing will remove and reinstall a gas fitting that the Gas Company is flagging as a leak. Technician will remove fitting, apply thread sealant as none is currently on, and reassemble. Once reassembled, technician will test the line to ensure there are no further leaks. Parts and labor warranty for up to six months from date of service.

Upon arrival customer had stated there was a leak at the water heater . After inspecting the leak it looks like the supply line was tightened completely but still managed to have a slow drip at the top connection on the right hand side of the water supply line. I the technician was able to replace the supply line completely instead of messing with it to resolve the issue.

JIG will remove the kitchen p trap and use the descaler to clean the line. The technician, Noah, ran the descale to the mainline connection. The technician pulled back lots of grease, see video. The kitchen line is now clean. It is not recommended to pour grease down the drain as this will clog the pipe. Warranty: ABS line clear for 1 yr except abuse JIG will also replace ten emergency shut off valves and eight supply lines: two in the downstairs hall bath, and six in the upstairs bathrooms. JIG will also replace both laundry valves free of charge. The technician also replaced the p trap in the left side drain for the master bath. Warranty: One year warranty

The shower had a continuous slow drip. The stems were removed to replace the seats( hot and cold) The stem on the hot side has the washer broken, so it was replaced. Once everything was put back together, the water was turned back on,and tested for leaks. So far it’s working properly, but it’s recommended to replace the stem on the hot side since it’s older than the cold side.
