The technician noticed the right side men’s urinal drains very slow, if at all. JIG Plumbing will auger the urinal to attempt to clear the drain. If the auger is unsuccessful, we must remove the urinal and snake the drain once the urinal is removed. We will reset the urinal and check for leaks. Should any of the flush valve components leak, we will provide pricing for replacement. The urinal auger was successful. The urinal is draining well at this time. It is highly recommended to purchase and use Urinal descaler to further break up scale within the urinal trap and drain line. The technician opened the hot side shut off valve for the women’s right side bathroom faucet. Additionally, to fix the smell issue in the restrooms, the technician poured water into the floor drain traps to prevent sewer smells from entering the restrooms. It is recommended to occasionally check the water level in the traps either a flashlight and pour water into them. It is also recommended to have strainer

JIG will replace existing heater with new 50 gallon Bradford and White water heater, new gas flex Lin, new water flex lines, and one upper EQ strap. 2 yr labor on newly supplied parts, 6 yr manufacturing warranty on heater.

Install a lowboy 30 gallon electric water heater. Work to include new water supplies, we will need to remove sink basin and re-install upon completion to allow for proper access to Water Heater. 3 Year Manufacturer Warranty 3 Year Parts and Labor Install a bottom mount laundry tray faucet. 1 yr parts and labor Replace cold side safety valve to faucet. 1 yr parts and labor warranty.

Replace approximately 36-40ft of 2” cast iron sewage pipe underneath raised foundation home. Also includes exposing mainline sewer line system and connect new 2” abs secondary drain. $80.00 per foot total cost $3,200.00 Upon of repair we will also include throwing cat litter underneath home to dry out sewage water puddles underneath home.

Install customer supplied one piece Kohler toilet. Upon removing old toilet, the technician found an excessive amount of roots intruding into the line from toilet access. The technician then used an electric snake to clear the branch line through the toilet access and then used a camera to inspect the line. The technician found that there was also roots coming from the branch kitchen line and the other toilet line. Recommend maintenance of both lines to prevent stoppages or damage. Once the line was clear and inspected, the technician installed the new toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Tested toilet thoroughly for leaks and functionality.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new emergency shut off for the toilet. Water to the home will be turned off, and a new valve will be installed. Once the water is turned back on, it will be inspected to ensure proper functionality. Tech will also install a new 3” flapper and customer supplied fill valve for the same toilet. Once installed, it will also be tested. Technician will install a a customer supplied 1/2 HP InSinkerator Badger 500 in the kitchen. Once connected and installed, it will be tested thoroughly.

Upon arrival the tenant stated that clean water would be all over their kitchen area. A previous plumber tried hydro jetting, and flooded the place. The floor sink in the kitchen behind the ice maker and soda machine, was backed up upon arrival and the technician attempted to snake and clear it. Unfortunately after a couple of tries the technician noticed the cable came came with a muddy substance. This is an indication that the drain line for this floor sink is possibly damaged. The technician attempted to snake and was unsuccessful in clearing the floor drain,this drain line is obviously a separate line that does not connect to the floor sink. However while snaking this drain line the technician noticed the cable coming back out very greasy, sludgy and it is recommended that this line be Hydro Jetted. This will clear and clean the line from all the buildup and debri.

We were also able to replace 4” section of cast iron approximately 60-65” we also tied in our 2” lavatory and shower to 4” mainline. Highly recommend re-plumbing full drain system underneath home in very bad conditions. Upon of arrival, Garbage disposal 6 months old Customer states garbage disposal is making a weird noise Diagnose and troubleshoot existing garbage disposal. Cause of issue: broken plastic cap Highly recommend repipe with water filtration system.

Upon arrival, Customer had multiple plumbing concerns: - Toilet downstairs (replaced) - Kitchen faucet aerator (repaired) - Two toilets upstairs 1 rebuilt (replaced) and 2. Loose toilet seat (replaced) Option to replace toilet due to conditions of existing toilet. We also replaced toilet flange.

Provided the customer with an estimate to camera locate a spot to tie into the mainline for the RV drain and another rough estimate to run the new drain line for the RV.

JIG Plumbing will Repipe the home with all new Pex and type L copper piping. All pipes in the crawlspace and wall will be replaced with Pex, all visible pipes will be copper. We will replace all valves with new high quality valves, including both shower valves with single handle shower valves and shower trim. Shower trim will be chrome. We will add one hose bib in the front yard, one on the side, and one in the back. Drywall and stucco patch included, it will be ready to paint. The customer will provide two chrome handheld shower heads for both showers. She will also provide a S shape shower arm for the hall bathroom. The technician noticed water leaking under the master tub. This is due to a waterproofing issue. It is recommended to waterproof the tile and re-seal the bathtub. All copper removed was placed next to the garage at the customers request. Warranty: Two year warranty on all parts and labor. 25 year manufacturer warranty for the Repipe.

JIG will excavate through asphalt and soil to remove section of sewer line to allow for removal of debris/coins in line and service with jet/descale machine as needed. Upon completion JIG will backfill with native soil and patch with concrete. 1 yr workmanship warranty.

The technician arrived and found a failed hot water 1/2” pipe spraying water in the home. The floor and wall in the laundry room was very wet and the floor and wall in the back side closet was very wet. The technician removed the failed section and installed 1/2” pex pipe in its place.

JIG Plumbing will drop the trap of the upstairs hallway restroom sink in order to use the drain snake to clear the line of any obstructions. Once the line is cleared, the technician will reassemble the tsp and test the line thoroughly to ensure there are no further issues. No warranty can be applied due to the foreign build up in the line.

JIG Plumbing will use mainline jetter to clear main and branch lines of all debris. Once work is completed, a camera inspection will be conducted to ensure there are no further issues.

Upon arrival the technician checked the garbage disposal and tested the unit. The unit seems to be working ok for now. It’s about 10 years old, it was recommended by the technician to have it replaced. Estimate was given.

Drain cleaning through accessible clean out access. With 30 day stoppage warranty except in cases of damage, roots, and or abuse. Upon arrival the technician was explained about the issue. The technician went ahead and located a 3” clean out in the garage with a harried back water valve before the clean out. The technician went ahead and snaked from the clean out and noticed water not clearing. The technician uncovered the clean out and cleared the sewage and debris in it and it started to flow. The technician also did a camera inspection and noticed that there is a belly in the drain line right after the clean out drops in. It’s about 4-5 feet that there is a belly in the line. Creating water to hold and appear to back up. Customer is aware. Also the backwater valve had the flapper missing when it was opened. No warranty due to the belly in the drain line.

JIG Plumbing will remove water from the sink, and remove the trap in order to remove any food buildup. The drainage will then be reassembled and tested, and the line will be snaked in order to ensure there are no further issues

Hallway restroom Toilet stoppage was Augered and successfully cleared. Heavy paper and accumulation out. No warranty The bathtub was also snaked at trap and line. Hair,debris, and part of the linkage from the tub overflow was retrieved. Toilet flushing and bath tub draining properly. 30 day warranty on the bath tub.

JIGPlumbing will replace the existing angle stop for the dishwasher with a new one. The technician will check for leaks once the installation is complete. 60 days warranty on parts and labor.

JIG Plumbing will perform diagnostic inspection to determine what the various filtration systems service, as well as to why the ice maker is not functioning. All findings will be reported to Larry.

JIG Plumbing will provide and install 2 water heaters in the upper level of the F building and at the chapel roof top. Technician will drain the existing unit, and remove it. Technician will also replumb part of the cold water line, as it is corroding and will eventually leak. Once the pipes are replumbed, the heaters will be installed, filled, and lit. It will then be tested to ensure proper functionality. The old unit will be hauled away at no additional cost.
