Maribel's home is a town home. Upon arrival, the technician inspected the 1” soft copper riser with a sweat 1” ball valve, connected to a 1x3/4x1 sweat copper tee. The 3/4 side has a 3/4 sweat MIP and quarter turn hose bib. The pipe penetrates the garage wall. The technician took the pressure and the pressure is currently at 90psi. The technician opened the hose bib and released about a quart of water to account for thermal expansion, however, the pressure remained at 90psi. A 1” double union pressure regulator is recommended. The water manifold is less than 2 feet away from the gas meter outside the garage. Maribel will be installing the Moen Flo preferably before the end of the month and will most likely have her insurance-provided plumber do the work. However, she needs a pressure regulator installed before then. We will create more options for Maribel to address the other issues found in the home, including the water heater, kitchen drain lines and valves, master bath toilet re

Technician must get authorization signatures upon arrival. Upon arrival, water heater flashing error 598-00. Since there are multiple issues that could arise from the error code, the technician performed a series of tests with technicial support. The technician confirmed that the front panel must be replaced. The technician will order the parts and return to replace the front panel. Replace the disc cartridge on your Pfister non-kitchen faucet. Warranty: 120 day on wearable items

Upon arrival, the upstairs master toilet flush valve is leaking. The technician replaced the Toto canister gasket with a new one. The existing gasket had a large air bubble that caused the water to drain. Additionally, the technician analyzed the meter and performed an isolation test by closing the home isolation valve and irrigation isolation valve in sequence. The technician determined that the irrigation lines have a leak of 0.2 GPM. When the irrigation valve is closed, the meter drops to zero GPM. The home does not have leaks at this time. Donnie will be having his landscaper replace all of his irrigation in the near future. (Before we begin the work, we will confirm the scope of work with Donnie. We will wear shoe covers for the duration of the job while inside and we will use drop cloths to protect the floor. We will also not set the bottom of the toilet on the bare floor. Upon of arrival, 40 gallon water heater no hot water. Water heater manufactured 2005 (20 years old) We will be coming back tomorrow morning to replacing water heater. We will be installing 40 gallon water heater Bradford and white (gas) Installing 1” PRV double union direct swap only water pressure set at 75psi


Supply and install Navien NPE180-S2 unit with necessary installation materials and equipment. This is for existing location installs. Serial # 2080Y24Z0299193 // Model #NPE-180S2(NG) We also included a 3/4” Scale Rx

Upon arrival, the gas company has identified a gas leak in the front yard in the customers existing gas main. The main is at least 4 decades old and no repair could be guaranteed to work. JIG Plumbing will replace the customers 53 foot gas main from the vaulted gas meter to the exterior of the home. We will run new 1” poly pipe to the home, which has a gas water heater, stove/oven, FAU, and dryer, 4 gas using appliances in total. There is no log lighter. We will run new 1” pipe from the meter to the front of the home. We will remove the existing grass in squares and trench through the grass and dirt from the front of the sidewalk to the meter. The trench will be no less than 19” deep to allow the pipe to be buried to the proper code of 18” deep. We will install a new gas riser in galvanized pipe in front of the home with a new 3/4” gas ball valve for easy access to shut off the gas in the future, if necessary. We will check for leaks when finished. Warranty: 5 year warranty on all p

Upon of arrival, Customer believed to have a leak. Customer experienced water leak Saturday afternoon. Called out irrigation company and exposed laundry hose sticking out from drain possibly causing water to leak through drain onto floor saturating through drywall into hallway tile. Customer was provided with options. Highly recommend replacing 1” PRV due to high water pressure: 110psi

Upon of arrival, Customer requesting tankless maintenance. Yearly maintenance tankless flush We will be descaling for 30-45 min

Upon arrival the technician checked the toilet and it immediately backed up on the first flush. The toilet was pulled and a video inspection was done to the sewer line from the pulled toilet. The sewer line appears to be in good condition. The camera was put in thru the bottom of the toilet and that is were the debris was at . It appears to be a bar of soap and the technician tried his best to remove it. The toilet was reset and flushed several times and it it flushing better. No warranty due to the debris in the toilet.

Provide and install a widespread faucet for the hallway bathroom and 2 center set faucets for the master bathroom. This includes replacing the pop-up drain assemblies and a thorough check of shut offs underneath the sink. Installed 4 quarter turn emergency shut off valves for both master bathroom and sinks due to the multi turn valves not fully shutting off. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor

JIG Plumbing will open a section of drywall in the garage, immediately behind the water service riser, in order to diagnose where the leak is originating from. Once the leak is found, an estimate or repair will be submitted. JIG Plumbing will use leak detection equipment and line tracing in order to determine where the water line rises for the manifold. Technician will will then open a small section of the wall in order to bypass the manifold. A new copper water line will run from where it enters the home, and surface mounted to the manifold. It will be connected to the existing water line, and the old, faulty water line will be abandoned. Once complete, technician will test the line, as well as the home, to ensure that nothing was abandoned, and that the line functions properly. No repairs to drywall included.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new 3/4” hose bib in the back yard. The water will be shut off, and the existing bib will be removed. The new bib will be installed, and the water Weill be turned back in. Once installed, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality and a lack of leaks.


Upon arrival the customer stated that water would occasionally puddle around the base of the downstairs toilet. Usually when they would take a bath or do laundry. The technician recommended a camera inspection through a pulled toilet, to further investigate. During the camera inspection after it passed through the clean out in the garage. The technician noticed about 3-4 turns back to back before it connects to the city sewer. The technician explained to the customer that this could cause an stoppage if too much paper is being flushed. The paper can possibly sit and get stuck until it dissolves and flushes away. The drain line has no visible signs of a belly or an offset. This concludes the video inspection.

Install a 40 gallon natural gas standard water heater Bradford and white with new water supplies, reconnect to t&p, drain pan, haul away old. Expansion tank not included in this option. 2 yr labor warranty 6 yr manufacturer warranty.

Upon arrival, Mz. Cortez informed the technician the home is 3 years old and they are the first owners. She brought the technician to the upstairs hall bathroom, where a chrome two handle Delta brand faucet was dripping from the spout. The inspection revealed that the faucet is in good shape with no signs of corrosion. Due to the condition of the faucet, the technician recommended rebuilding the faucet, which Mz. Cortez authorized. The technician did a full system walk through, exercising all of the customers quarter turn valves and describing the importance of exercising all valves in the home. Additionally, the customer has two delta monitor shower valves and the technician advised replacing the cartridges preventatively once every 10 years to keep the valves in good working order. The water pressure is also within the working range of 50-80 psi. The technician shut off the water using the functional emergency shut off valves to the upstairs faucet. He then removed the handles,

Upstairs master bathroom toilet had a bar of soap stuck,wedged in the trap. The technician attempted to Auger the toilet and was unable to clear the debris. The technician went ahead and pulled the toilet as well and attempted to remove the object from underneath the toilet as well. After several attempts the toilet was reset and tested. When flushed it still has some restriction. The customer asked if he can add a bottle of draino. It’s not recommended but in this case it will probably dissolve the remaining bar of soap in the toilet. No warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician found the faucet that was leaking. The faucet had scratch marks and calcium marks in various locations. The faucet was leaking from 3 separate threaded connections. The handle for the standard spout was moving freely. The technician decided to cover it under the 6 month warranty. The customer mentioned that the faucet had been leaking for months. JIG requests that if there should be an issue with any work we do in the future, to please let us know right away so we can make it right. The technician removed the faucet from the wall annd dissembled it using an 2.5mm anllen key and re-threaded 4 separate threaded connections with tephlon tape. These connections are designed to be leak free without tephlon tape, but the rubber gaskets that were included with the faucet were not preventing leaks as they ought to. The technician tightened the Allen screws, turned the water on, and checked for leaks. No leaks at this time. The faucet is 3 months old but already

JIG will install two customer supplied wall mount style faucet on commercial compartment sink. Also replacing two corroded and leaking basket strainer with new tubular waste connections connecting the two basket strainers and making a small correction to venting with improper flow. We will require some copper modifications.

Arrived to provide customer with options to rework sink plumbing to accommodate 2 faucets instead of 1.

JIGPlumbing is to attempt to snake and clear a kitchen sink drain line from a dropped trap. The technician was successful and cleared the drain line. Heavy accumulation out. No Warranty. Clear your kitchen drain line using an electric snake. No warranty due to improper access


JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new Moen PosiTemp shower valve to replace the existing, due to age and condition. The existing valve will be removed, and the piping will be prepped for the new valve. Once the new valve is installed, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality, and a lack of leaks.
Highly recommend this company, specially John. He came on Wednesday to do an inspection since our bathtub faucet wouldnt stop leaking. He inspected that and other things around the house we have been issues with and he told us what needed to be fixed and in what order. Turns out we needed to replace the shower valve and our water heater as well. John was very friendly, professional and polite. He explained everything in a manner that it was clear and concise. Gave us an estimate of the work, no pressure whatsoever. We ended up calling the company back later the same day since their prices were very reasonable. We also liked how professional the staff was. Thursday morning John came back right on time and began working on our shower valve and water heater. 5 hours later and everything looks great, no more leaking. We will for sure call them again for any other plumbing needs we may have.

JIG Plumbing will perform a tankless descale flush, in order to maintain the maximum efficiency of the tankless water heater. Unit will be tested to ensure proper functionality.
I've used JIG Plumbing in the past and I keep calling them back for all my plumbing problems. Most recently I had Noah come out and help with a drain pipe that broke for our utility sink. Not only did Noah fix the broken pipe and get our sink working again, he also checked all the bathrooms and looked at a problem we had with our dishwasher not draining correctly. I think he fixed like four problems in this one visit, it was incredible. Noah took his time, was methodical, and we felt like he cared that we were looked after and that he didn't leave us with any potential problems he could quickly resolve for us.
