The technician arrived on site to replace a faulty igniter coil in the customer’s Rheem tankless water heater. The replacement igniter coil was provided directly to the customer by Rheem under the manufacturer’s warranty. Upon arrival, the technician shut down the unit and isolated gas and power to ensure safe working conditions. The front cover was removed already by the customer to access the combustion assembly and internal components. The defective igniter coil was carefully disconnected from the wiring harness and mounting bracket, then removed from the unit. The new manufacturer-supplied igniter coil was installed in accordance with Rheem specifications, ensuring proper alignment, secure mounting, and correct electrical connections. Service includes isolating unit, circulating approved descaling solution, rinsing system, and inspecting accessible components. Notice: Unit is approximately 6 years old and has never been flushed. Due to no annual maintenance, excessive scale buildup may have caused internal wear or damage. Upon arrival, the technician was directed to the demoed shower area for completion of plumbing modifications and drain repairs. The technician removed the existing two-handle shower valve and installed a new customer-supplied single-handle Delta Faucet Company shower valve. Installation was completed using copper piping with both sweat (soldered) and press fittings to ensure secure, code-compliant connections. The new valve was properly secured, aligned, and tested to verify leak-free operation. The technician then broke out concrete around the existing shower drain to allow access for replacement. The original cast iron shower drain was removed and replaced with a new customer-supplied ABS Ebbe America shower drain assembly. JIG Plumbing came out to inspect 50 gallon water heater and provide customer with options. We installed a New 50 gallon Bradford and White water heater includes water/gas supplies and shut off valves, new sediment trap, 3 yr labor and 6 yr manufacturer warranty. We also installed new 3/4” shutoff valve with new 3/4” PRV valve on guest home.

Cable, mini jet, and camera inspect kitchen line to determine quality of cleaning and condition of drain line.

Upon arrival, the technician inspected the existing Price Pfister three-handle tub and shower valve due to age-related wear and performance concerns. With customer approval, the technician replaced the valve seats and stems, along with installing new flanges and handles for all three handles (hot, cold, and diverter). The replacement of these components was completed to restore proper operation, improve water control, and ensure a secure, finished appearance at the valve trim. After installation, the technician reassembled the valve, restored water service, and thoroughly tested the system for proper functionality, temperature regulation, and leaks. At the time of completion, the tub and shower valve was operating correctly and as designed.

JIG Plumbing will remove a section of drywall in the family room, in order to confirm a leak from the wax ring of the master toilet. Once confirmed, technician will then pull and reset the toilet. Technician will then test the toilet thoroughly to ensure proper functionality.

Performed diagnostic services to determine the source of the tankless water heater leak. The leak was traced to a failed heat exchanger, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our technician coordinated with Rinnai technical support and successfully ordered the replacement heat exchanger to be shipped directly to our office. During the technical support call, it was also confirmed that the existing venting is designed for a condensing unit, while the installed model is a non-condensing unit. This venting configuration must be corrected to ensure proper operation and safety. To help prevent future issues, we recommend installing a scale prevention filter on the cold-water supply to the unit and performing an annual tankless flush to reduce scale buildup and extend the life of the heater.

Remove your toilet to access your main drain and attempt to clear it with an electric snake. Reset your toilet to ensure that it is leak free and operating properly. If unsuccessful due to improper access the charges will still be due and or credited towards any repairs. No warranty on improper access points. The technician removed the hall toilet and attempted to snake the line. However, the snake went the wrong direction and was coming up into the other toilet. The technician could hear the snake on the other side of the wall. The technician then removed the other toilet and snake the line. He was able to clear the blockage at the drop into the main sewer line. He then ran a camera 90 feet, where he could no longer push the camera. He found heavy scale and many wipes in the line. He reset the toilets with new wax rings and caulking and checked for leaks.

Upon arrival, Kitchen sink stoppage (accessible c/o) customer attempt clearing himself. Still holding water customer cable 10’ tried hot boiling water and chemicals. Cable, mini jet, and camera inspect kitchen line to determine quality of cleaning and condition of drain line.

Installed a C/S reverse osmosis water filter that removes a high percentage of contaminants from your water. This included drilling a hole in the granite counter top to install the reverse osmosis faucet. Upon of arrival, We came out for leaking Sloan valve in women’s restroom handicap stall. We preformed a Sloan valve rebuild. -New Sloan valve body -New control stop -New Tail piece -New handle assembly -New vacuum breaker We highly recommend replacing 2” PRV pressure regulator over 100psi excessive high water pressure. (Average water pressure 60-90psi) Warranty on Sloan valve rebuild will be honored with high water pressure.

Replaced master bathroom 1/2” angle stop(s) right sight sink on hot and cold angle stop. In the process of replacing angle stop we are not reliable for any damages that may occur in the process of replacing angle stop on 1/2” Pex sticking out of wall. Recommend replacing both bathroom faucets.
