Description of Work Performed Service Call – Backed Up Shower Drain & Lavatory Sink Responded to client’s call regarding a backed-up shower drain in the master bathroom. Upon arrival and during discovery/diagnostics, found: • Master bathroom shower drain draining very slowly and backing up. • Master bathroom lavatory sink fully backed up and not draining. • These were determined to be two separate, unrelated issues. ⸻ Lavatory Sink Drain – Diagnostic & Repair • Removed P-trap and inspected drain. • Ran a drain snake through the lavatory drain line. • Retrieved a significant amount of hair/debris and restored full flow. • Performed a complimentary repair on the pop-up assembly, which was missing the retaining clip—installed proper clip and ensured correct movement/operation. • Tested the lavatory drain to verify proper flow and confirm no leaks. ⸻ Shower Drain – Access, Removal, and Rebuild • Accessed the shower drain piping by entering the crawlspace beneath the master b

Install a 30 gallon natural gas standard water heater Bradford and white with new water supplies, reconnect to t&p, drain pan, haul away old. Expansion tank not included in this option. 1 yr labor warranty 6 yr manufacturer warranty.

JIG Plumbing will remove a section of drywall in the family room, in order to confirm a leak from the wax ring of the master toilet. Once confirmed, technician will then pull and reset the toilet. Technician will then test the toilet thoroughly to ensure proper functionality.

Performed diagnostic services to determine the source of the tankless water heater leak. The leak was traced to a failed heat exchanger, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our technician coordinated with Rinnai technical support and successfully ordered the replacement heat exchanger to be shipped directly to our office. During the technical support call, it was also confirmed that the existing venting is designed for a condensing unit, while the installed model is a non-condensing unit. This venting configuration must be corrected to ensure proper operation and safety. To help prevent future issues, we recommend installing a scale prevention filter on the cold-water supply to the unit and performing an annual tankless flush to reduce scale buildup and extend the life of the heater.

Remove your toilet to access your main drain and attempt to clear it with an electric snake. Reset your toilet to ensure that it is leak free and operating properly. If unsuccessful due to improper access the charges will still be due and or credited towards any repairs. No warranty on improper access points. The technician removed the hall toilet and attempted to snake the line. However, the snake went the wrong direction and was coming up into the other toilet. The technician could hear the snake on the other side of the wall. The technician then removed the other toilet and snake the line. He was able to clear the blockage at the drop into the main sewer line. He then ran a camera 90 feet, where he could no longer push the camera. He found heavy scale and many wipes in the line. He reset the toilets with new wax rings and caulking and checked for leaks.

Upon arrival, Kitchen sink stoppage (accessible c/o) customer attempt clearing himself. Still holding water customer cable 10’ tried hot boiling water and chemicals. Cable, mini jet, and camera inspect kitchen line to determine quality of cleaning and condition of drain line.

JIG Plumbing will open a section of drywall in the ceiling in order to diagnose the location of a water accumulation. Once open, the technician will inspect and locate where the water is coming from, and provide a repair plan.

Installed a C/S reverse osmosis water filter that removes a high percentage of contaminants from your water. This included drilling a hole in the granite counter top to install the reverse osmosis faucet. Once installed , the technician flushed the system for 30 minutes and then tested the system thoroughly for leaks and functionality.

Upon of arrival, We came out for leaking Sloan valve in women’s restroom handicap stall. We preformed a Sloan valve rebuild. -New Sloan valve body -New control stop -New Tail piece -New handle assembly -New vacuum breaker We highly recommend replacing 2” PRV pressure regulator over 100psi excessive high water pressure. (Average water pressure 60-90psi) Warranty on Sloan valve rebuild will be honored with high water pressure.

Replaced master bathroom 1/2” angle stop(s) right sight sink on hot and cold angle stop. In the process of replacing angle stop we are not reliable for any damages that may occur in the process of replacing angle stop on 1/2” Pex sticking out of wall. Recommend replacing both bathroom faucets.

Upon arrival, the technician inspected the tankless water heater and discussed the system setup with the customer. Tyler explained that the home’s hot water is supplied by two systems — a traditional tank on the left side of the house and a tankless unit on the right side. The technician performed a visual inspection of the tankless water heater. No leaks or visible issues were found. The front access panel was removed for a closer inspection, and no leaks were detected. While testing water fixtures, the technician noted that the master shower had very poor pressure. Upon arrival, the technician was presented with a tubular p-trap that had become disconnected. The technician subsequently installed an extension tailpiece to reconnect the p-trap and prevent any further complications.

Replace a no-caulk shower drain on your modular shower unit. To do so we will need to open up the ceiling in the garage under to gain access to the to the drain and replace a section of the ABS as well.

Upon arrival, Customer attempted to replace own shower moen cartridge. Cartridge stuck half way water to home is off now. We will provide customer with estimates to take over in attempt to remove existing cartridge or to replace shower valve. Existing valve 10 years old. We are not reliable if valve may be damaged due to customer trying to removing cartridge or in attempt of us removing cartridge. We do not know condition of valve to water to home being off. Replacement of single handle standard cartridge. New 3/4" prv with ball valve and hose bib rebuild.

NEW 1" prv with ball valve and hose bib using Brauchman regulator. Technician will remove exiting service riser, and install new riser with all new fittings and piping.

Restroom next to the front door. Upon arrival the customer stated that the water keeps running in the toilet. The technician observed the toilet and noticed the water level dropping rapidly. The technician first inspected the flapper and found that it was warped making it unable to create a good seal. The technician made his recommendations and was able to replace the flapper.

Maribel's home is a town home. Upon arrival, the technician inspected the 1” soft copper riser with a sweat 1” ball valve, connected to a 1x3/4x1 sweat copper tee. The 3/4 side has a 3/4 sweat MIP and quarter turn hose bib. The pipe penetrates the garage wall. The technician took the pressure and the pressure is currently at 90psi. The technician opened the hose bib and released about a quart of water to account for thermal expansion, however, the pressure remained at 90psi. A 1” double union pressure regulator is recommended. The water manifold is less than 2 feet away from the gas meter outside the garage. Maribel will be installing the Moen Flo preferably before the end of the month and will most likely have her insurance-provided plumber do the work. However, she needs a pressure regulator installed before then. Technician must get authorization signatures upon arrival. Upon arrival, water heater flashing error 598-00. Since there are multiple issues that could arise from the error code, the technician performed a series of tests with technicial support. The technician confirmed that the front panel must be replaced. The technician will order the parts and return to replace the front panel.
