Plumbing Invoice – Water Service Line Replacement (Directional Drill) Service Description Responded to call for a major leak on the main water service line. After diagnostics, it was determined that the primary and most significant leak was located on the main service line between the meter and the riser. Client was informed that while this appears to be the major failure point, there is a small possibility of an additional leak between the riser and the home. Due to the size of the service line leak, full confirmation was not possible until the main failed section is replaced. ⸻ Scope of Work Performed Directional Drilling • Performed a mole/directional drill approximately 40–45 feet underneath the driveway from the water meter to the main riser/water feed build-up. • Created access holes at both ends to facilitate drilling, pipe installation, and reconnection. Performed leak detection using electronic locating equipment. The technician identified a burst water line beneath the slab, specifically the cold-water line connecting the downstairs lavatory manifold to the kitchen sink manifold. Repair options will be provided for the customer’s review.

Installed multiple emergency shut offs, as well a a faucet repair.

The technician removed two existing 1/2” soldered hose bibs located in the backyard. The connections were reconfigured using 1/2” copper male adapters, allowing installation of two new 1/2” female threaded hose bibs. This upgrade provides improved accessibility for future repairs or replacements without requiring additional soldering. All work was performed to ensure secure, leak-free connections and full functionality.

JIG Plumbing will install a customer supplied toilet in the hallway restroom. Once the existing toilet is removed, the technician will inspect the closet flange, in order to ensure there are no further issues. The technician will then install the new toilet, and test fully to ensure proper functionality.

Upon Arrival, JIG Plumbing will unjam garbage disposal, and test to ensure proper functionality. Unit was inspected and is operating properly.

Installed a customer supplied Aquasure whole house water softening system with a pre-filter. The technician cut open the wall in the garage to access the main water line to install the system. The technician also installed the drain into the planter area per customer request.

New 1” PEX water service line Provide 60' of 1" PEX service line from meter to irrigation control box with new shut down valve and to house connecting to bottom of existing PRV inside garage. 5 yr workmanship warranty Grass will be cut and put back in place upon completion of excavation and compaction of native soil. Customer tested and confirmed everything was good within the home.

For this job, Customer concern running toilet on second floor hallway bathroom. Cause of issue faulty fill valve. **Water pressure is excessively high: 125psi** Highly recommend replacing 1” PRV

Excavate and expose the area where water is bubbling up in the planter area near the irrigation box. The technician had to cut out a bush with customer approval. The 1.5” water service line was cracked at the 1.5”x1” tee which is right against some concrete underneath which appears to be from the footing. The technician will need to break some of the concrete that is resting against the water line and will then cut out the damaged pipe and install a new section. Once installed, the technician will allow the glue to dry for approximately 45 minutes before turning the water on and testing work. Once it has been verified that there are no more leaks, the technician will backfill the dirt.

JIG Plumbing will install a customer supplied kitchen faucet, as the existing is leaking form the sprayer hose. Technician will remove the old faucet, and clean the area to the best of their ability before installing the new faucet. Once installed, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality. Technician will also remove the existing reverse osmosis system, capping the water line. JIG Plumbing will supply and install new drainage for the kitchen sink, in order to remove the reverse osmosis drain, and correct a potential leak. Technician will test thoroughly to ensure proper flow and functionality.

Cut out the two existing surface-mounted PEX water lines and install two new PEX water lines in the wall to the last bay. Stub out both lines in copper. The technician will then surface-mount both lines in copper over to the water heater and run them down, stubbing them underneath the water heater stand. Reconnect the lines using copper pro press fittings instead of the current sharkbite connections.

Upon of arrival, Mainline stoppage customer is under the impression of having possible damaged drains. Multiple companies have came out to provide customer with estimates. Customer is requesting cable service with camera inspection. We will be providing cable drain service with camera inspection only does not include locating. We were able to get water to go down we were able to preform camera inspection unable to properly inspect due to mainline belly holding water camera head unable to get passed obstruction inside mainline system. Highly recommend hydro jetting mainline. The service manager returned 8/14 to perform a camera inspection. He found major root intrusion under the gate at 2.5’ deep, about 16 feet out. He found a major offset in the sidewalk at 4.5’ deep, roughly 70 feet out. He found minor offsets throughout. JIG Plumbing presented 3 options for Frank to consider. They need time to talk it over and we can follow up Wednesday of next week.

Customer supplies toilets and we install. Customer has two toilets downstairs and 3 toilets upstairs. Total of toilets 5 with 5 emergency shutoff valves. Customer will be signing of estimate today, we will be replacing first angle stop today. And remaining 4 angle stops will be replaced when we come back for remaining work. 07/29/2025 Upon of arrival, we shut water off and replaced all five toilets throughout home assembled and installed we also replace all toilet emergency shut off valves courtesy on behalf of JIG plumbing. We used everything customer supplied including new supply lines with our own angle stops total of angle stops five. Customer supplied and we installed complete tested for leaks no leaks. We are also hauling away old toilets and trash.
