The technician replaced the customer provided Moen Posi Temp Cartridge at the customers request. The technician checked for leaks and checked for functionality. Additionally, he checked the rest of the plumbing system (except for the master bath) and found some significant corrosion on the upstairs left side hall sink pop up. See photo. Replacement is recommended. Additionally, the tankless has never been flushed. It is highly recommended to flush the tankless water heater to extend the lifespan of the unit, as recommended per the manufacturers specifications.

Upon arrival the customer stated that he had already installed the faucet and garbage disposal. Upon arrival the customer stated that the toilet had overflowed when flushed. The technician after a quick diagnostic gave the customer options to resolve the issue. The technician pulled the toilet and noticed the wax ring was in bad condition. The drain line was snaked at the closet bend and cleared the stoppage. New wax rings were set in place after inspection of the flange,the toilet was then reset. The fill valve was also replaced After all the connections were in place the water was turned back on and checked for leaks and made sure it was flushing properly. The customer as advised to not flush any wipes since there were several packages in the restroom.

Upon arrival the customer stated that he noticed water outside exterior wall. The restroom lav water line was leaking from the hot water side. A section of drywall was cut opened under the cabinet to determine where the leak was coming from. The technician was able to spot the leak and did a spot repair to stop the leak. JIGPLUMBING does not patch and paint. Warranty is for 6 months parts and labor. JIGPLUMBING is recommending for options to repipe the house.

Upon arrival, the technician was directed to a section of the front yard that had been excavated and filled with water. They were informed that a leak had been detected in the water service. The technician pumped out the water and confirmed the leak. The water supply was then shut off, and the damaged section of PVC was severed. A new section of copper was installed, incorporating PVC adapters to prevent stress on the line and ensure the repair’s integrity. The technician turned on the water and tested the repair before backfilling the dirt and grass as best as possible.
