JIG Plumbing arrived to replace a hose bib at the back yard, a Moen shower cartridge at the hallway restroom upstairs. Installed 2 customer supplied shower heads, and a pull and reset toilet. The technician noticed a hairline crack inside the tank of the toilet and made the customer aware. Once all the work was done the water was turned back on to test everything and for leaks. Everything working properly.

Arrived to inspect possible leak with customer, during i section it appears leak only occurs when it is raining and that area where gutter runs water to ground may be compromised and allowing water to pass through wall to inside home. It was recommended to customer to seek service from gutter or roofing service.

We will cut into hose and use elbows and hose clamps to remove kinks to disposal. Dishwasher drains properly in to garbage disposal.

Upon inspection, a gas leak was discovered inside the wall at the gas line supplying the exterior BBQ connection. Further investigation determined the source of the leak to be a pinhole failure in the gas line caused by electrolysis, which occurred due to direct contact between the gas line and a copper water line. The copper line was found to be in contact with the gas piping, creating dissimilar metal contact that resulted in corrosion and eventual pinhole leakage. A repair was performed to the affected section of the 3/4" copper water line, and proper separation between the copper line and the gas line was established to prevent future electrolysis. After completing the repairs, the gas system was thoroughly pressure tested and no further gas leaks were detected. The water line was also tested under normal operating pressure, and no water leaks were found. All repairs were completed successfully, and both the gas and water systems are now operating safely and as intended.

Upon arrival, the ceiling was opened in the downstairs bedroom closet. The technician ran water, filling the tub and draining it. The technician did not observe any drops coming from the drain lines at this time. He observed water leaking from above the overflow plate, meaning either the tub spout, shower valve, shower arm, or the connecting piping is leaking. It is recommended to start with replacing the shower valve, shower head, tub spout, and connecting piping. It may also be advisable to replace the drain lines while the ceiling is open. JIG Plumbing will shut off the water to the home and open the drywall on the backside of the tub/shower. We will remove the shower valve, tub spout, shower head, and all connecting piping. We will then install a new Moen Posi temp valve with chrome trim. ALL fresh water piping after the valve will be new pipe. Includes new shower arm, shower head, and tub spout. We will remove roughly 4 feet by 1 foot of drywall on the backside side of the showe

2/3: Upon arrival, the technician was informed that the gas service had been shut off by the gas company due to suspected leaks. The technician conducted a comprehensive gas leak inspection and identified an active leak at the fireplace. At the customer’s request, and due to the fireplace not being in use, the technician permanently capped the gas line serving the fireplace. Following this repair, the technician performed a pressure test on the gas system and identified an additional leak at the 1-1/2” union located downstream of the 1-1/2” ball valve supplying the pool heater, near the gas meter. 2/4: A different technician returned to complete the necessary repairs. The technician replaced the affected section of piping, including the pool heater ball valve, union, and associated fittings near the gas meter. Once the repairs were complete, the newly installed section was then coated with gray rust-resistant spray paint to protect the repair from environmental exposure.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new Bradford White 50 gallon water heater, as well as all code uprgades such as gas sediment trap, thermal expansion tank, and drain pan. Technician will remove the existing heater, and install the new Bradford according to current plumbing codes. Once installed, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality.

JIG Plumbing arrived to provided preventative maintenance options to the floor sinks, floor drains, and cleanouts. There are a total of 11 floor sinks, 8 floor drains, and 4 cleanouts. JIG Plumbing will hydrojet/cable all 11 floor sinks. Additionally, we will use our sewer camera to inspect from the cleanout. We will also run water to ensure every drain is properly draining. There was lots of trash in the mainline which was jetted. If more trash is put down the drain, additional jetting may be required.

Upon arrival the technician noticed the downstairs restroom fully backed up. The technician located two clean outs. One the garage and one on the driveway. The one in the garage was leaking. The technician was able to snake from the 2” clean out and clear the stoppage. A camera inspection was done and found the drain line to be completely collapsed. Additionally, the technician replaced the valve to the downstairs toilet with the customer provided valve and supply line. He checked for leaks. The technician inspected the rest of the valves in the home. There are two valves that are corroded and require replacement and 10 total valves that are very old and prone to leak. Additionally, the dishwasher supply line is corroded and the tank to bowl kit on the downstairs hall toilet is quite corroded and could leak in the future.

JIG Plumbing Arrived to Install a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Installation was successful and Tested for Proper Operation and Functionality.

Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal.

Arrived to tighten loose water heater supply line.

Upon arrival, the water heater was not working. The customer confirmed they cannot light the stove. The technician found that the gas valve has been locked. The technician recommended that the customer call the gas company.

Arrived to install a customer supplied lav faucet at a master bathroom. Tightened the nut from underneath on the Roman style tub for the hot side. At another restroom the hot side handle nut was tightened from underneath. At the kitchen sink the nut for the water filtration faucet was tightened from underneath on. All these fixtures are pre existing. Customer is aware that the new pop up assembly that came with the faucet was not installed because it didn’t fit on the sink. Left the old one on. All fixtures were checked for leaks. Everything working properly.

Upon arrival, with the customers permission, the technician turned on the valve to the upstairs 1st bedroom toilet. The technician flushed the toilet and discovered the leak is coming from the tank to bowl gasket. There is also a crack forming on the back side of the porcelain trap way. JIG Plumbing presented photos of different toilets for replacement. The customer selected a one piece toilet, which the technician picked up and installed, replacing the wax ring seal and adding new white caulking sealant. He tested functionality and checked for leaks. He disposed of the existing toilet for the customers convenience.

JiG Plumbing came out to inspect mainline stoppage. Confirmed mainline stoppage. Cable mainline by pulling and resetting toilet. No accessible clean out we will be extracting water before pulling toilet and cable through closet bend. Followed by a camera inspection. Includes resetting toilet with new wax seal and caulking.

Upon arrival the customer stated that water leaked around the garbage disposal. The technician did a further inspection and found the disposal leaking from the tailpiece flange that connects to the air gap. The customer supplied the garbage disposal and the technician installed the unit. After installation the drains were connected back together and tested everything for leaks. Working properly.
