Upon arrival, customer had stated that their icemaker box is frozen and will not shut off all the way after inspecting the icemaker box I was able to see corrosion above the connection of the icemaker box. I would like to replace the box completely and install a new one water will have to be shut down and a little bit of drywall will have to be cut out to gain access to the piping behind the wall. Upon arrival, technician was able to identify multiple valves leaking when in the on and off position underneath kitchen cabinetry. Technician was also able to confirm rust growth occurring on both basket strainers and on the garbage disposal itself. Technician highly suggests to remove existing metallic drainage and replace it with tubular drainage.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install an new MixIt shower cartridge in the master restroom. The building will need to be shut down in order to complete the work. Once the cartridge is installed, the water will be turned back, and the cartridge will be tested for leaks. No warranty due to age and condition of the shower valve.
