Upon arrival, the upstairs hall bathroom sink drain was leaking at the p trap connection to the tailpiece. Additionally, the nut for the p trap was cracked. JIG Plumbing will remove the existing p trap and replace it with a new trap. We will also install a new extension tailpiece to prevent leaks.

JIG Plumbing will install a new closest flange in the master restroom. Technician will use new flange, and use concrete screws to anchor to the slab. Technician will then inspect to ensure proper installation. Homeowner will be adding mortar to under the flange prior to toilet install.

JIG Plumbing will pull and cable through a pulled toilet in order clear stoppage in the main line sewer. Technician will ensure proper flow of line, and reset the toilet. Technician will ensure toilet is properly set and flushing well.

JIG Plumbing will install a customer supplied garbage disposal, and inspect all the connections and run water to test the disposal.

JIG Plumbing will attempt to snake area drains from 2 exit points. JIG plumbing was successful and removed heavy amount of roots and debris, from the area drains. Recommend a maintenance on these area drains at least once a year.

JIG Plumbing will auger downstairs toilet in order to remove blockage. Technician will test thoroughly to ensure proper flow of water. JIG Plumbing will cable and jet kitchen line in order to remove buildup and stoppage within the line. Technician will test thoroughly once the line is open, in order to ensure proper flow of water.

Due to burst galvanized water line in slab of home the home was Re-piped with use of Uponor PEX A pipe to all fixture locations, including new shut off valves, hose bibs, and patch/texture of walls that were opened to accommodate work.

Replace existing disposal with new standard grade Moen brand disposal.

Supply and install new 40 gallon nat. gas water heater up to code and manufacturer specifications. Additionally, we will install a customer provided cup washer at the kitchen sink included in this option. We will remove the abandoned air gap and use the existing hole. We will provide and install two new washing machine valves.

Upon arrival the customer stated that in her master restroom the lav on the right side wasn’t giving enough pressure. The one on the left is good. Also she wanted a customer supplied shower head installed. Downstairs hallway lav, the handle on the cold side doesn’t stop where it supposed to. He technician explained to customer that he would do a further inspection on all fixtures and shut offs. The technician replaced the Aerator on the upstairs right side lav and water pressure is back to normal. The shower head was replaced and tested. The downstairs lav handle was very tough to remove, and had a lot of residual substance, and the sleeve was frozen and not able to remove. The technicians recommendations is to have the lav faucet replaced . And estimate will be given to the customer to replace several shut offs for the fixtures.

Responded to Call: Frank responded to a service call regarding reported issues with a shower cartridge that was initially believed to be the source of a leak. Scope of Work / Findings: Upon arrival, Frank performed initial discovery and leak detection. During this process, it became clear that the issue extended beyond a simple cartridge concern, and the exact source of the leak was difficult to immediately identify. Technician Kyle was dispatched to the job site to assist with further diagnostics. After continued discovery and leak detection by both technicians, it was determined that the active leak was originating from the secondary bathroom tub/shower valve, as well as the copper riser that feeds the shower head. Water intrusion was occurring within the wall cavity and migrating down to the ceiling area below. The technician arrived to address a leak at the 1¼" water pressure reducing valve union. To properly resolve the issue, the affected section of piping was rebuilt and securely strapped to the wall to provide added stability and long-term reliability.

JIG Plumbing Arrived to install a new water service riser, including a new pressure regulator and shut off valve. Properly ensured no leaks were present and everything is working properly.

Upon arrival the customer stated that water would only come out from the left side faucet on a side by side vanity. The technician after an inspection pointed out a couple of issues and informed the customer. The issue was corrected by replacement of the Aerator.

Upon arrival, when the customer runs the dishwasher, water comes up in the wall with green paint above the tile. This is indicative of a kitchen stoppage and break in a vent in the wall. It is recommended to clear the kitchen blockage with a mini jetter and to open up the wall and look for a break in a vent pipe. JIG Plumbing will Mini jet the kitchen line from the inside access and camera the line to inspect. As a bonus, we will attempt to run a camera through the 1.5” outside cleanout. The technician used his electric saw to help the customer cut his tree to expose the outside cleanout. However, the cap is frozen and cammot easily be removed. It may be advisable to cut more of the tree to have better access to the cleanout. The technician removed the cleanout cap under the kitchen sink and removed the p trap. He connected his mini jetter to the hot water line and hydro jetter the line while looking for moisture in the green wall. The technician ran his camera and found significa

JIG Plumbing use main line drain equipment in order to clear a stoppage. Technician will test thoroughly to ensure proper flow of water once the line is cleared. Technician noted an area of backgrade at the beginning of the line in the mens stall, and the women’s handicapped stall, and going forward for ten feet. After that, the line is clear and flowing freely. Technician recommends a maintenance every 6 months, unless issue persists more frequently.

Upon arrival the technician did a quick inspection on the laundry line and when draining it backs up. The technician recommended and attempted snaking the drain line from the stand pipe. The technician successfully cleared the drain line . Lint and accumulation out.

The technician will disconnect the hose running from the air gap to the garbage disposal in order to clear the blockage and remove accumulated debris. Once the hose is cleaned and reinstalled, the drainage path will be restored, ensuring the dishwasher discharges properly through the disposal. This service should also eliminate or significantly reduce the foul odor currently present in the kitchen when the dishwasher drains. No warranty on this service.

Upon of arrival, 1/2” copper water line busted from inside wall, Water line feeding yard spigot. Drywall cut out does not include patching or repair. 1/2” spigot repair with new hose bib.

Upon arrival, the technician was informed that the water heater’s pilot light intermittently goes out and that the pilot assembly has already been replaced twice. The homeowner also reported seeing an error code of seven flashes, indicating a failed gas control valve, but the pilot was able to be relit. At the time of inspection, the pilot was lit and the water heater was operating properly. The technician observed that the water heater is installed in a tight corner of the garage, adjacent to the washer and dryer. A significant amount of dryer lint was found surrounding the unit, restricting the air flow necessary for the pilot to remain lit. The technician thoroughly cleaned lint and debris from around and beneath the heater, removed and cleaned the burner assembly, then reassembled and successfully relit the unit. The technician advised that if the issue recurs, replacement of the water heater is recommended. No warranty provided as the heater and all the components are existing.

JIG Plumbing will replace the shower valve in the upstairs (Faith’s) bathroom. We will open drywall, remove the existing valve, and install a new valve. We will install comparable shower trim in its place, replacing the tub spout, shower head, and plate. We will also replace the Moen Posi temp shower cartridge downstairs.
