Upon arrival, We came out to inspect tubulars underneath kitchen sink. Also customer had concerns on replacing 40 gallon water heater, we were able to provide customer with options. JIG Plumbing will remove and dispose of the existing under sink filtration system. We will then install the new system up to the manufacturers recommendations, disinfect the system according to the manufacturers recommendations, and check for leaks. The manufacturer recommends purging the system for 24 hours and afterwards fill and empty the tank, twice. The system will be ready after this process. The customer will be responsible for completing this process. The faucet is currently dribbling water, however, after 24 hours and filling up the tank twice, the pressure will normalize. The technician checked for leaks underneath and zip tied the tubes in place. The customer may not push back the filter against the wall- this will kink the tubes and cause a leak. Upon arrival, We came out for leaking 3/4” spigot. We were able to excavate and break concrete to expose water lines. We were able to remove corroded 3/4” galvanize and cap off 3/4” pvc water line feeding to spigot. Turned irrigation water back on and tested no leaks. Back filled and cleaned up work area to the best of our ability.

Upon arrival, We came out to inspect hot and cold water issues. Replacement of single handle standard cartridge.

Upon arrival the customer stated that water was leaking all over the counter top and on to the floor, when the dishwasher was running. The technician asked if there were any issues with the sink draining. The technician was able to give the customer some options to resolve this issue. The dishwasher air gap was clogged and the technician snaked both drain lines connected to it. The dishwasher was turned on and tested, once it started to drain ,it drained into the garbage disposal like it’s supposed to. Checked everything for leaks, working properly.

Single story 1 bath raised foundation home full repipe with new service water line meter to home approximately 90-100’. We will also include new water install.

Upon arrival the customer stated that he had bought new toilets but didn’t replace the existing wax rings. The technician recommended pulling and resetting both toilets and installing new wax rings. Once installed the water was turned back on and tested for leaks. Working properly.

Upon arrival, We arrived to a broken shower/tub sprout. Customer will be given a few options on repairing tub sprout or replacing shower/ tub sprout. Tub/ shower valve replacement nickel/ brush trim with smitty plate cover authorized & approved by customer.

JIG Plumbing will replace the existing hot and cold shut off valves underneath the kitchen sink, eliminating the saddle valve for the fridge which does not shut off all the way. We will then run a new light duty 1/4 pipe through the cabinet, behind the stove as before. We will check for leaks when finished. No additional drywall must be removed. The customer will mail in a check.

Upon arrival, the technician meticulously flushed the tankless water heater to eliminate sediment buildup. Subsequently, the technician removed the heater and the existing, improperly installed vent extension. Subsequently, the technician installed the new concentric vent extension and reattached the tankless water heater. During the installation process, the technician ensured that the tankless water heater was positioned lower to accommodate the vent extension properly. Once installed, the technician conducted a comprehensive system test to verify its functionality.

Plumbing Invoice Job Description: Replacement of 1” Pressure Reducing Valve, Main Shutoff Valve, and Hose Bib Scope of Work: Our technician will replace the existing 1-inch pressure reducing valve (PRV), which is no longer functioning correctly. In addition, we will replace the 1-inch main shutoff valve and the hose bib, providing the customer with a complete new main riser feed assembly. Work will include cutting out and removing all existing components to be replaced, including the old PRV, shutoff valve, and hose bib. We will install: • New 1-inch full-port ball valve (main shutoff) • New 1-inch pressure reducing valve • New hose bib • New main riser feed/buildup assembly All connections will be soldered or Pro-Pressed, depending on site conditions, using appropriate fittings and materials to ensure a secure and code-compliant installation. We will tie back onto the existing copper piping, pressurize and test the system for leaks, and confirm all components are functioning p

Customer to Supply Unit and isolation valves and JIG to install Navien NPE180-S2 unit with necessary installation materials and equipment. This is for existing location installs.

Leak on water service just inside the meter box. The technician will excavate area and expose water service line outside meter box to be able to replace enough. Once exposed, the technician will cut out the damaged section of piping which is where the galvanized tee is connected to PVC and rebuild with a 3/4”x1” brass reducer to reconnect the meter adapter to the PVC service line. The technician will then allow the glue to cure for 45 minutes before turning on the water and testing. Then the tech will backfill the dirt and reset the grass as best as possible.

Excavate area and expose source of leak on your irrigation service line. Once exposed, the technician will cut out the damaged section of PVC and rebuild in PVC in a way that relieves stress on the line to prevent cracks in the future. The technician will then allow the glue to cure for 45 minutes before turning on the water and testing. Then the tech will backfill the dirt and reset the mulch as best as possible.

JIG will expose area around 4" PVC/ P.E reclaimed water pipe and make repairs with use of baker style mechanical couplings as pipe is liked fused together and due to nature of plumbing fusing back together may not be possible without digging and exposing larger section of pipe. Backfill of native soil will be difficult due to amount of water from when line leaked/ burst that dispersed soil. JIG will excavate from area and use local dirt to backfill and apply weight to lines and repair.

Replace existing disposal with new standard grade 1/2 hp disposal. Customer fully aware of downsizing from 1 hp to 1/2 hp disposal. Customer was provided with three options customer decided to go with standard 1/2 hp garbage disposal. Highly recommend not abusing garbage disposal not meant for food disposal only meant for plate scraps. Warranty will be voided if abused. We also adjusted water pressure from 45psi to 75psi if PRV continues to be an issue we highly recommend replacing 1-1/4” PRV.

Performed electrical leak detection and have not found an active leak at this time. We will monitor and follow up in a few days.
