The technician arrived onsite to install a customer-supplied Cloud Reverse Osmosis System beneath the kitchen sink. Upon inspection of the existing plumbing configuration, the technician determined that modifications to the current water loop were required to properly supply and distribute filtered water. The technician cut into the existing cold-water loop under the sink and installed two new angle stop valves. One angle stop was installed to provide a dedicated supply line to the reverse osmosis system. The second angle stop was installed to supply filtered water to the refrigerator line, ensuring both the RO faucet and refrigerator receive properly treated water independently. To mount the reverse osmosis faucet, the technician measured and drilled a 1-1/4” hole through the granite countertop, taking care to prevent cracking or surface damage. The RO faucet was then securely installed and connected to the filtration system. All necessary tubing connections were made for the feed

Arrived to inspect a couple of fixtures and provided estimates. JIG Plumbing replaced a customer supplied fill valve for the hallway toilet. We provided and replaced the flapper. The technician also replaced the hot and cold shut off valves and supply lines for the lav faucet.

JIG Plumbing will open drywall to determine the source of the leak. Drywall patch not included. After opening the drywall ceiling and running water, the technician found water coming down in two places: by the shower flange and also closer to the shower valve. See photos, yellow markings. The technician also removed the shower trim and handle to inspect for leaks/moisture. He also inspected the tub spout. There are no noticeable leaks or moisture by the tub spout or trim plate at this time. JIG Plumbing referred the customer to our shower pan specialist.

JIG Plumbing will open a section of the ceiling in the downstairs restroom in order to locate the source of the leak. Once found, the technician will give a separate estimate for corrections. JIG Plumbing will remove a leaking MoenTrol shower cartridge, and replace with a new cartridge. Technician will test thoroughly to ensure there are no further issues.

JIG Plumbing will install the 1/4” tubing to the fridge with an isolation valve behind the fridge connected to the 1/4” tube. We will locate the fridge according to the customers preferences, ensure it’s plugged in, and check functionality and for leaks. The fridge is receiving water. It is recommended to leave the fridge as it stands and refrain from pushing the fridge back any further.

Arrived to replace the hot and cold angle stops for the washer. After installing the technician turned the water back on and Checked for leaks. Working properly. The supply lines were left uninstalled per customer request.

We recommend that a licensed fire protection contractor be contacted to properly evaluate and repair the system. JIG Plumbing came out to inspect pressure regulator valves and provide customer with options. We will be installing 2 NEW 1" PRV and hose bib. Also replaced existing filter unit and installed 3/4” scale Rx on existing tankless water heater.

Arrived to do a camera inspection for the lavs, drain line. JIG Plumbing will perform descaling of all three horizontal sections of restroom drains for the lavatory sinks. Technician will use the scale machine in order to remove existing scale, and flush it down into the larger drains, from which point it will make its way into the city sewer. Technician will ensure proper procedures in order to maintain integrity of the piping system.

JIG Plumbing arrived to Inspect and Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal. JIG tested and ensured the Unit was properly operating. Install was successful and No further leaks are present at this Time.

JIG Plumbing will conduct a main line camera inspection, in order to determine what the cause of the line backing up is. Once the line has been inspected, the technician will provide options for repair or maintenance, depending on what the issue may be. JIG Plumbing will perform hydro jet of main line from pulled toilet, in order to break up stoppage in the line. Technician will then reinspect the line, attempting to determine both the stoppage issue, as well as a potential location for a cleanout to be installed.

Supply and install new 40 gallon natural gas water heater up to code and manufacturer specifications: Pan, sediment trap, earthquake straps, temperature and pressure relief line, and thermal expansion tank.

Service fee to inspect and diagnose tank type water heater. Includes: recreating issue and contacting manufacturer customer service if needed. Does not include repair or part replacement. Recreating error code red light will indicate what’s the issue at point of time JIG Plumbing will provide customer with options. JIG Plumbing will be able to provide repair. Confirmed sensor failure. 7 error code flashes. We will be replacing chamber sensor.

Upon arrival, the technician rerouted the existing gas line serving the stovetop due to the original gas line placement preventing proper installation of the new oven. The previous configuration did not allow adequate clearance or access once the oven was installed. The technician disconnected the existing gas supply line and rerouted the gas piping downward and to the left into the adjacent cabinet, allowing clear and permanent access to the gas shut-off valve without requiring removal of the oven or stovetop. After securing the new gas piping, the technician installed an approved shut-off valve in the accessible cabinet location. An approved flexible gas connector was then routed high through the cabinet space, behind the drawer area, and connected to the existing adapter at the stovetop.

JIG Plumbing arrived to shop to provide service and complete test.

Upon arrival, the technician was informed that a water hammer noise was occurring when the neighboring business turned on their hose bib. The technician was shown the affected area and performed testing, which confirmed sputtering when the hose bib was slightly opened. The technician removed the hose bib splitter and the hose supplying the large fan and found that thread seal (Teflon) tape was partially obstructing the hose. The obstruction was removed, the hose and splitter were reattached, and the system was retested. The technician confirmed, along with our contact Noah, that the water hammer issue had stopped. If the issue reoccurs, an estimate will be provided to install a water hammer arrestor at the hose bib.

JIG Plumbing came out to inspect and diagnose customers water heater concerns.

JIG Plumbing will be providing a full inspection and diagnosing 10 year old tankless water heater not providing hot water. Service does include taking tankless water heater apart and troubleshooting. Contacting manufacturer customer support if needed. Once we find out cause of issue we will then be able to provide customer with options. Inspect and diagnose does not include repair. Also replaced 1” PRV and adjusted water pressure from 105psi to 75psi. Courtesy tankless water heater flush at no charge.

Arrived to replace a customer supplied garbage disposal, and supplied and replaced a hose bib for the back yard. The garbage disposal was checked for leaks and is working properly.
