Upstairs hallway toilet. Upon arrival the toilet appeared to leaking from the wax ring due to the blue color water from a tablet in the tank. The technician did a further inspection and found that the tank to bowl,nuts and bolts were leaking. The customer was given several options. The technician took apart the tank, removed the old bolts,nuts and gaskets. Once the new hardware was installed the tank was put back together and tested for any leaks. Working properly 30 days warranty

Replace existing 1/3 HP food disposal with new standard grade 1/2 HP food disposal.

Upon arrival the downstairs hallway toilet was backed up. The technician flushed and it didn’t go down. The technician explained that Augering the toilet would be recommended first to try and clear the stoppage. The Auger was successful and the stoppage cleared. Wipes and accumulation out. No Warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician investigated a leak behind the washer and dryer. Behind the wall was the refrigerator. The technician pulled out the refrigerator and found that the plastic ice-maker line was leaking and the line was run off of the cold water laundry line. The laundry valves were frozen and would not shut off. The technician then replaced both the hot and cold laundry valves with new 1/4 turn valves and installed a 1/4” stainless steel flex line to replace the plastic tubing for the ice maker line. Once installed the technician tested and made sure there was no leaks.

Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal. JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new Moen PosiTemp shower cartridge in the upstairs adjoined restroom. Technician will shut the water off in order to remove the cartridge, and replace with a new cartridge. The water will be turned back on, and the technician will test to ensure proper functionality and a lack of leaks.

JIG Plumbing will provide and install a new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater with a new watts 210, gas sediment trap, thermal expansion tank, smith pan, gas valve, and water valve. We will dispose of the existing unit. The water heater does not have a feasible exit to run a drain for a temperature and pressure relief or a pan drain outlet. For this reason, we will install a Watts 210 and cap the drain pan should the owner decide to run a dedicated drain line in the future. Due to the fact that there is no feasible drain, JIG Plumbing cannot be held responsible for any water damage that may result. Replace Kohler canister gasket. If problem persists, rebuild toilet tank is recommended. There is no warranty for replacing gaskets.

Technician did a quick inspection and found that the drain for the lav has a stoppage The technician will attempt to snake and clear the drain line. The technician snaked the drain from a dropped trap. Hair and accumulation out. No Warranty due to Draino being used!

Upon arrival the customer stated that his keys fell off his sweater pocket into the bowl as he flushed the toilet. This is the upstairs restroom. The technician to the best of his ability removed the toilet and inspected the inside of it,then carefully inspected the closet bend where they were stuck at. The technician retrieved the keys and reset the toilet. Everything working properly.

Inspected the home and the faucet is not designed to be repaired. Replaced the kitchen faucet and fill valve to the downstairs toilet, checking for leaks. Work comes with a one year warranty JIG plumbing discovered that the faucet is broken and is not designed to be repaired. The fill valve to the downstairs toilet is also broken. The upstairs toilet has a weak flush. Jig plumbing will replace the kitchen faucet. We will clean up the sink and install the new faucet securely, checking for leaks. We will also replace the downstairs toilet fill valve. We will check for leaks. All work comes with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor

DISCLAIMER: JIG Plumbing is not responsible if fiber optic miscalculated the equipment utilizing voltage. In conclusion to scope of work, technician was able to confirm that a water leak is occurring within the main water service riser. Technician attempted to map out location of waterline in the direction it was heading. Technician did want to disclaim and had already notified homeowner that the existing fiber optic on the property may throw off The equipment and in locating the line accurately.

JIG Plumbing will install two customer provided Deer Valley electronic bidet toilets. We will first replace the emergency shut off valve in the hall bathroom to a compatible angle stop rather than a straight stop with built in supply line. We will remove existing toilets and clean up the toilet flange. We will replace the toilet bolts and use a new wax ring. We will install the new toilets and add a clear caulking sealant. We will flush the toilets multiple times to check for leaks. Warranty: 90 day warranty on the labor. We do not warranty or cover any manufacturing issues or defects with the toilets. All work went according to plan. The hall bathroom flange has been repaired with concrete, so the bolts were not replaceable. Bolts are in good shape now, but the flange is not serviceable.

Arrived and inspected both bathrooms to evaluate compatibility of smart toilet installation. The toilet is 16” wide and measured the rough-ins and toilet measurements. Both rough-ins are 12”. From where the bolts fit in the toilet to the back of the toilet is 8”. We will need to reach behind the toilet through the gap in the back to tighten the bolts. We will need to replace the straight stop in the hall bath with an angle stop. Installation can be completed once the outlets are installed.

Upon arrival, technician was notified by the homeowner of existing water damage that had occurred in the master bathroom. Technician saw visual cracks within the grout and or tile and highly recommends to have a professional tile company and assess on going issue. technician also recommended to test shower pan to ensure that it is also not leaking. If the issue is no longer the shower pan technician highly recommends to pull and reset both toilets to ensure that the wax ring is not the cause of the problem.

Technician will replace toilet supply line. WARRANTY: 6 months on leaks, labor and material.

We cannot add a pan due to the size of the closet, as it is shared with another heater. Water heater installation comes with a two year warranty for parts and labor. Bradford white offers a 6 year warranty on their heater.

This work includes new hot and cold Uponor water pipe, new emergency shut off valves and supplies, new main water PRV and ball valve, up to 2 hose bibs, up to 2 tub/shower valves (chrome) patch of walls to paint ready conditions, 25 yr manufacturer warranty, 1 yr labor warranty, 1 yr warranty on stops, supplies, and valves.

Installed a customer supplied burner assembly and control valve. Also technician installed a customer supplied sediment trap,gas valve and flex hose. The gas company locked the gas meter, so technician was not able to test it. There is no warranty for this water heater if something else fails. That is the customers responsibility. There is a 30 day warranty on labor only.
