JIG Plumbing will remove your existing expansion tank, which is leaking. We will remove the existing copper piping, which is corroded. We will then install new copper pipe and fittings and install a new thermal expansion tank when finished. We will check for leaks. It is recommended to replace the expansion tank every 5-6 years to prevent it from leaking. JIG Plumbing will remove the corroded 3/4” sweat check valve in front of the water heater. We will then install a new check valve in its place. We will check for leaks when finished. JIG Plumbing will replace your water heater shut off valve and corroded check valve on top of the water heater. We will also replace your cold water heater supply line. We will check for leaks when finished. JIG Plumbing will replace your water heater anode rod to extend its lifespan and reduce scale buildup. We will check for leaks when finished. Upon arrival, water is not draining in the kitchen sink right side and center compartment. The left side compartment is draining well. The outside cleanout is not holding water. JIG Plumbing will remove the drain in the kitchen and clear the blockage. We will then reassemble and check for leaks. We will also replace your dual inlet tailpiece, which is leaking. The technician removed the pipes and the p trap and tailpiece were loaded with egg shells. The technician disposed of the egg shells. In addition, the technician replaced 4 tubular gaskets to prevent future leaks (not included in original scope of work). The technician ran lots of water down the right and center sinks to ensure drainage. The sinks are all draining at this time.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new ice maker valve. Technician will turn off water to the home, and remove the existing valve while maintaining the existing recessed box. Technician will install new valve using a new section of copper piping and fittings. Once installed, the water will be turned on and tested for proper functionality.

Upon arrival, the technician met with the customer and reviewed requested plumbing and gas system improvements. After evaluating the existing installation and discussing upgrade options, the technician provided detailed estimates for the following scope of work: • Lowering and resetting the existing water heater to install a drain pan, adding a thermal expansion tank, and installing a sediment trap on the gas line. • Installing a seismic earthquake shut-off valve at the gas meter. • Installing a Moen Flo leak detection and automatic shut-off valve on the home’s water service line. • Drilling the kitchen countertop to install a dishwasher air gap. Upon arrival, the technician removed the existing toilet to access the flange. The technician cut and broke out the old, rusted flange and repaired the connection using a flange repair kit. The new flange was then securely fastened to the concrete using concrete screws to ensure proper stability. The technician installed a new wax ring and new closet mounting bolts. The toilet was then reset, properly aligned, and sealed at the base with clear caulking for a clean finish. All work was tested to confirm proper function and no leaks at the time of service.

Existing toilets were carefully removed and disposed of in accordance with site conditions. JIG Plumbing will reposition the isolation valve on a Navien tankless water heater (approximately 4 years old) that has not previously been flushed. The existing valve will be adjusted (quarter turn to the left) due to obstruction from the gas supply line, which is currently blocking proper access to the hot-side service connection. Work will include removal and replacement of the isolation valve, with proper repositioning to allow clear access for future maintenance and flushing. A new T&P (temperature and pressure) relief valve will also be installed to ensure safe and code-compliant operation. Upon completion of the above work, the system will be flushed using a descaling solution. The descaling flush process will take approximately 30–45 minutes to remove mineral buildup and restore optimal performance.

We will install a new double union pressure regulating valve (PRV), new whole house emergency shut off valve, and two new irrigation shut off valves (replacing the plastic valves with brass). We will run new Pex piping in the attic and walls, with copper stub-outs and quarter turn emergency shut off valves. All existing piping will be abandoned. We will install new shower valves and fixtures with back-side access through drywall. All drywall no stucco patching and texture is included.

JIG Plumbing responded to inspect a leak located underneath the bathroom sink. Upon evaluation, a burst angle stop was identified as the source of the leak. We recommend replacing both the hot and cold angle stop valves to ensure proper function and prevent future issues. Due to the property being a condo/apartment unit, the water supply is connected to a shared system involving multiple shutoff valves and a boiler system. In order to perform the repair, JIG Plumbing will need to locate and shut down the boiler system, as well as isolate the water supply. JIG Plumbing will perform a full discovery for the water heater: 1. Check the gas lines for leaks. 2. Attempt to relight the pilot light 3. Once the pilot is relit, monitor the water heater for 10 minutes We will strap the washing machine drain hose in place to prevent it from coming loose. We will also replace the two laundry valves. After the technician relit the pilot, about 20 minutes later there was a “boom” noise. After diagnosing the issue, the technician attempted to call the manufacturer to obtain warranty information. JIG Plumbing will remove the water heater burner and thoroughly clean the burner. When the technician removed the burner, there is damage to the burner and the burner must be replaced. The technician placed a special order and will return Friday to install the new burner. We will also bring an additional garden hose to flush the water heater.

Arrived to clear a kitchen sink stoppage from an exterior clean out. The technician successfully cleared the stoppage. In the master bedroom the toilet was pulled and reset due to bad bolts securing the toilet. New wax rings were set in place as well as new bolts. The toilet was reset and flushed several times to test. Working properly.

Cable kitchen line through clean out access to clear debris from line. Hydro Jett drain line from a dropped trap and clean out. Heavy grease, sludge and accumulation out. Recommend to have this drain line maintenance once a year.

JIGPlumbing is to snake the laundry line and kitchen sink drain line from the clean out behind the washer. The technician was successful and both drain lines cleared.

JIG Plumbing will reset the existing toilet in the hall bathroom. We will clean the underside of the toilet and clean the flange. Provided the flange is in good condition, We will install a new wax ring and toilet bolts and check for leaks. We will also replace the fill valve at a special rate. The toilet reset went as planned. However, the right side flange bracket which holds the bolt is worn out and the notch has been widened. The technician had to hold the bolt in place while tightening to prevent the bolt from spinning and coming loose. Should the bolt come loose, a flange replacement is recommended.

Perform cable service of drain line through access with camera inspection. Main line at a 4” clean out on the east side of the property. Roots and accumulation out.

Install a customer supplied toilet. Includes any fastening or sealing, as well as thorough testing to ensure proper installation. Haul away and dispose of old included.

JIG Plumbing will perform a sewer camera inspection through the accessible kitchen cleanout. We will provide a video inspection of the findings. The technician removed the cleanout cap and found kitchen grease buildup inside the cap (see photo). The technician inspected inside the cleanout and found additional grease buildup (see photo). The technician recorded a video (2 min 16 sec, see attached) and found crown buildup (grease buildup on the top of the pipe, see video). At approximately 8 feet 6 inches, the technician hit a partial stoppage that the camera was unable to pass (see video). It is recommended to return to hydrojet the kitchen/mainline to remove grease buildup from the sewage system. This will allow JIG Plumbing to determine the condition of the sewer line and determine the cause of reported frequent backups. Hydrojetting is the only legitimate way to remove grease buildup from the sewage pipes. A cable/snake will not remove grease buildup from the system. Additional

Roots and accumulation out, however when the camera inspection was done, the drain line shows roots in almost every connection of it. Attempted a couple of times to get more roots out, but unfortunately was not able to. The HydroJetter was recommended and will be done at the next appointment available. The kitchen sink drain line was snaked from an exterior clean out. Accumulation out. 30 days warranty. The jetting was successful. The roots are shaved down and will regrow at a slow rate. It is recommended to hydrojet the main line every 1-2 years until the liner can be installed. We will follow up in one year.

Hallway restroom The technician pulled the toilet and once pulled, noticed roots growing inside the closet bend from the ground. The technician explained to the customer and also showed them the roots. The technician cleaned up the roots, put new wax rings and reset the toilet. Water was turned back on to flush and check for leaks.
