Perform cable service of drain line through access with camera inspection. The technician was able to snake and clear the stoppage from a 3” clean out, that was just affecting the restroom on the south side of the the house. Heavy scale buildup was noticed in some areas while the camera was working. A Descale and Hydro Jetting would be recommended for this drain line. No Warranty. Once clear water was flushed and water ran in shower. Draining properly. A camera inspection was attempted and was unsuccessful due to the camera cutting out, and no clear picture at this times. A location of the drain line was not available due to malfunction of the camera. A second attempt will be made with a different camera at another appointment. A lav stoppage was done in the daughter’s restroom at a dropped trap. Hair and accumulation out. No Warranty

Open arrival the technician was informed about the kitchen sink when running it backs up into the bedroom shower. The technician went ahead and snaked the shower at trap and line. Accumulation out . Hallway bathtub stoppage ,not related to the other one. The technician went ahead and snaked from the drain at trap and line. Unable to remove the overflow plate. Customer aware, Hair and accumulation out. Both were tested with running water and are working properly. 30 days warranty barring any abuse.

Remove 3 angle stops in the downstairs bathroom next to the kitchen and install 3 new copper stub outs so drywall can be installed.

Upon arrival the customer stated that the bathtub stop linkage was not working properly and reason why it would back up. The technician went ahead and removed the linkage and ran water. The drain immediately backed up. The technician explained to the customer that he had a stoppage and recommended to snake the drain line. The technician snaked the drain at trap and line. Hair and accumulation out. No warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leak dripping off the fire sprinkler. The customer stated that a fire sprinkler company came out to inspect the fire sprinklers and were 99% sure it was not a fireball sprinkler. The technician then went up into the attic to investigate the area of the leak. The area was completely dry except a small amount of water on the fire sprinkler itself. The technician took multiple photos of the area and around the sprinkler and concluded the leak is coming from the fire sprinklers. Recommend calling the fire sprinkler company back out.

Cable kitchen line stoppage at a dropped trap. The technician was able to clear the drain line, and tested it several times by filling up the sink. The technician did recommend HydroJetting the drain line due to heavy grease and sludge, and would provide a warranty. Therefore there is no warranty.

Upon arriving the main line was backed up, technician looked around for a proper clean out, and only found a 2” clean out. Main line machine was used to clear the stoppage and was successful. Camera inspection was done and at about 46-47 feet there appears to be a vertical piece of pipe or stake thru it. This will have to be located and exposed. No warranty

Upon arrival, technician re-tightened down widespread faucet. Technician was informed in regards to a soft stoppage occurring within the toilet. Technician notified owner, owner stated they will have building maintenance. Take care of the issue.

I was called to a home to repair a broken sewer line. I used a camera to inspect the line and found that it was severely damaged. I then used a high-pressure water jet to clean the line and remove the damage.

Upon arrival, technician adjusted a fill valve. Technician then began a home evaluation to ensure there are no more issues. In conclusion to evaluation technician was able to confirm a leak occurring at the 8.5 gallon expansion tank above both 75 gallon water heaters located to the exterior of the home. Technician was also able to confirm water existing in the upstairs guest house closet located in the water heater pan. Technician was able to confirm that the temperature pressure relief valve is dispensing water periodically.

JIG Plumbing will replace a total of (five) toilet flappers, and a total of (five) Fill valves. Once scope of work is completed technician will fill and flush all toilets to insure optimal flow is occurring and that there are no leaks. WARRANTY: 6 months on leaks, labor and material.

Upon arrival the technician was made aware of the issue, once the toilet was flushed once,the technician diagnosed that the port hole in the toilet was blocked by calcium buildup in it. The technician explained that this could be temporarily cleaned out, but not 100%. Due to the age of the toilet it was recommended to replace it. The water heater dial upon arriving was set on temperature A, after explaining to the customer, the dial was then set at temperature HOT. Customer will continue to monitor this, if it becomes an issue JIGPLUMBING will be back out. There is no charge on this job, as it was done as a courtesy call.
