JIG will flush and clean tankless water heater and install a pre-filter on the cold inlet side of the tankless heater to reduce the sediment build up in the hot side of the system and the unit itself. We will also replace the kitchen faucet with a similar type and style faucet that exist.

Tankless water heater is in good working condition with no error codes, recommendations for tankless service and scale filter will be provided. Overall system has low pressure which may be a result of the entire building plumbing and not isolated to any one unit.

Upstairs master bathroom lav stoppage Upon arrival the lav was backed up to the rim and it also had chemicals in it. The technician had to vacuum the water out in order to drop the trap. Once the trap was off the technician was able to snake the drain line . The drain cleared successfully, everything was put back together and tested. Hair and accumulation out. Working properly. JIG Plumbing will install two center set faucets, and one widespread faucet, that will be provided by the homeowner. Technician will install a new center set in the downstairs restroom, one in the upstairs hallway restroom, and install the widespread faucet in the master restroom. The downstairs faucet will receive new supply lines, due to age and condition. All pop up drains will be replaced. Once all items are installed, they will be tested to ensure proper functionality. JIG Plumbing will supply and install four new emergency shut off valves, as they are seized and will not turn. Technician will shut the water down in order to replace them. Once installed, the water will be turned back on, and the valves will be tested for proper functionality.

Upon arrival the customer stated that the lavs downstairs would back up when the upstairs lav was in use. After a quick inspection,the technician diagnosed a stoppage or restriction in the drain line connecting both individual lavs. The technician recommended snaking from a dropped trap on the lav in the bedroom downstairs. Hair and accumulation out. 30 days warranty barring any abuse. The lav closest to the front door leaked from the pop up assembly nut, and was retightened and checked for leaks. Upon arrival the technician was informed that the upstairs men’s restroom had a bad sewer smell. The technician went upstairs to further investigate and as I walked in the odor was strong. I immediately noticed the urinal and it had no water standing in it,as I got close the smell got stronger. The urinal was then flushed a couple of times. The 2 toilets were fine, one of the lavs also getting an odor looked dry. Water was turned on for a few seconds. The technician also checked the women’s and everything is working properly. Downstairs unisex right side bathroom, toilet not flushing properly. The technician noticed the handle when flushed wasn’t pushing down on the canister for the pressure assisted tank. The technician adjusted the level on the canister and tested it several by flushing it. Both restrooms downstairs were checked and everything is working properly.

Upon arrival technician was able to locate a sudden leak occurring within the wall. Technician was successful in eliminating and rebuild existing copper manifold. JIG Plumbing will make drywall incisions in order to locate existing pinhole leak. Technician will then rebuild 1/2 inch copper hot water manifold due to the location of the existing leak. Once scope of work is completed technician will then pressurize system to insure their are no more leaks existing.

Upstairs master toilet. Customer stated that when angle stop was turned on, no water filled the tank. The technician did a quick inspection and water came out of supply line, so once connected to the fill valve no water came out. The technician recommended and went ahead and replaced the bad fill valve with a new one. Once everything was connected the water was turned back on and tested. Everything working properly. 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

We will replace the water valve, water flex lines, gas valve, gas supply line, adding a sediment trap and drip pan underneath the water heater. We will check for water and gas leaks. Upon arrival technician was visibly able to see water rising up from concrete slab and highly suggests an electronic leak detection in order to pinpoint location of leak.

After replacing emergency shut off valves for the kitchen, we noticed a leak at the San tee connection for the kitchen drain. Recommended to open up the drywall and inspect the drain line. After inspection, the most likely course of action will be to replace the sanitary tee in the wall, reconnecting the drain line and vent with no hub couplings, replacing only small sections of pipe. Price is to cut drywall and replace San tee in the wall. JIG Plumbing will not put back drywall, but we can refer someone to patch the drywall. Disclaimer: If any additional pipe needs to be replaced, for instance, if we cannot connect to the existing pipe, we will provide any necessary pricing before chasing the pipe to look for a good connection.
