JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new, single handle kitchen faucet with pull down spray handle, as well as two new shut of valves, in order to make the kitchen easier to operate. New shut offs will also be installed, the cold shut off leaks when turned off. Technician will also supply and install a new comfort height toilet in the master restroom to accommodate the user, making it easier to use. Technician will pull and reset hallway toilet, and inspect the closet flange. Once reset, the toilet will be rebuilt with a new fill valve and flapper. A new shut off is also necessary, as the existing shut off is seized. 10-30-24 New faucet, master toilet, and 3 emergency stops were installed, as well as the removal of the pink restroom toilet and plugging of the drain line. All items were tested to ensure there are no leaks.
