I just had my new softwater system installed today by JIG Plumbing. Taylor was an absolute professional during my install. Courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job with all the work. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Thank you!

Honest and professional plumbers Jason and John were fantastic! I thought I had a slab leak, but they carefully checked everything with their leak detector and found the real issue just a garden hose left running. No upselling, no pressure, just honest, thorough work. They even noticed moisture near my A/C furnace and advised me to call my A/C tech. Truly professional and trustworthy Ill definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone!

Had to look for a plumber for a leaky kitchen sink and was referred to JIG Plumbing by a neighbor and they were awesome. They sent out a tech right away (John Thompson) . John showed up on time, received texts and emails regarding updates prior to his arrival. John was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. John was not pushy about the trying to sell me anything (which I experienced in the past from other companies). We scheduled an appointment for the next morning, Joh showed up on time, completed the work efficiently and meticulously. The price was very fair, but overall I was very satisfied with the work. If you have any plumbing issues I would highly recommend JIG plumbing based out of Chino and ask for John.

Had a foundation leak. Taylor and Raymond were exceptional in the why that they did their work and left the place clean. The owner of JIG is easy to get a hold of for any concerns prior. I would definitely use them again!

We discovered that the box type hot water valve for our washing machine was leaking and had to find someone on short notice to mitigate the water damage. Fortunately for us, Jig Plumbing answered the call and within an hour they had a technician at our front door. Jig sent us a link so we knew on a map where our technician was so we could be ready for him. We were greeted at our front door by Frank and he was able to assess the situation quickly. He gave us a good quote for a pretty complex job. Our home was built in 1962 and we had a mix of PEX and copper plumbing in the laundry room wall and he swapped it out for PEX for us to match what we have in much of the house. Frank kept us informed throughout the process and even had to retrieve one part from a local store. Unfortunately that store sold him the wrong part but Frank was able to adapt and make it work. He wore foot protection so our house would stay clean and he put down drop cloths in the laundry area so his work area would remain clean and dry. When he was all finished he gave us a detailed overview of what he did and made suggestions for the future. Frank cleaned up everything quickly and didnt leave us with any garbage to dispose of. I would highly recommend Jig and especially, Frank, for such fast and courteous service.

This review is long overdue! Ive used JIG Plumbing several times over the years and theyve always been great. Most recently, Frank came out and did an excellent job. He showed up right on time, answered all of my questions, and even took care of a few little concerns we had while he was here. Truly above and beyond serviceI really appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommend Frank and JIG Plumbing!
