The technician arrived and presented the option to Repipe the home rather than patch the pinhole leak, which is coming from the 1/2” copper tee in the garage. The technician went over the entire scope of work with Jennifer, walking throughout the home and showing her where the pipes would potentially run. We informed the customer on what objects need to be moved and what cabinets need to be emptied. We talked about drop cloths, plastic containment, and removing old drywall from the premises. We also would add foam to the existing copper stub outs in the wall before patching.

Pressure is currently 65 psi Direct access repair for leaks in slab/sub surface inside of home. JIG Plumbing arrived and confirmed the pinhole leak just above the concrete in the garage. The technician Noah confirmed the location of the leak with the customer Jennifer. JIG Plumbing will remove the concrete around the pipe and repair the pinhole leak by eliminating the leaking section of pipe and replacing it with Pex pipe. Once the leak is repaired, the technician will turn the water on to the home and check for leaks at the repair and check the meter to look for other potential leaks. Upon arrival the technician did a quick inspection under the sink and noticed both existing shut offs are in bad condition and leaking . The technician also noticed the faucet is old and leaking. The technician recommended replacing both shut offs with supply lines and a new faucet. While the technician was working under the sink the bottom of the Cabinet caved in due to the amount of water that saturated it. Upon arrival the technician inspected the existing water heater and it is recommended to replace the unit. New 40 gallon water heater was installed. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

JIG Plumbing will hydro jet roof drains from curb access. These lines are full of debris and not allowing a proper flow of water. Once jetted, the lines will be tested from the roof to ensure proper flow of water. Section of roof drain in the break room is leaking, ne will need to be replaced. The fittings in the exterior wall will be removed, and new fittings will be installed. A section of the drywall behind the refrigerator will need to be removed in order to gain direct access to the piping. Parts and labor warranty on the drain repair for up to one year from date of service. No warranty on jetting if storm drain lines due to the nature of debris accumulation.

Upon arriving the customer stated that water leaks at kitchen area ceiling down to a lamp. Above that upstairs is a toilet. It was recommended to pull and reset the toilet to inspect the existing wax ring , flange, bolts, etc. Technician went ahead and replaced the wax rings, reset the toilet and tested by flushing several times. No water leaked at the time, but did let the customer know to keep an eye on it, and if it continues to leak to call us back. 30 day warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival, technician cleared debris within the kitchen faucet. Technician then tested the kitchen faucet to ensure optimal flow was occurring technician then ensure that optimal flow was occurring throughout the house.

JIG Plumbing will utilize camera equipment in order to pin-point location of where the drain ends. Technicians will then set-up containment zones throughout the home to mitigate dust. Technicians will then remove flooring and concrete in order to excavate existing soil. Once trenching is completed technicians will then replace lateral drainage underneath kitchen sink and lateral drainage connecting to main drain utilizing schedule 40 ABS and heavy duty connection bands. Technicians will insure proper grading of pipe throughout the process. Technicians will then run water to insure there are no leaks and optimal flow is occurring. After a brief inspection, the urinal will require a new wall gasket , a bottom plug, and a Sloan valve rebuild. The urinal was left on the off position, and can’t be used otherwise it will leak from underneath. The bank staff is aware.

Upon arrival homeowner notified plumber of existing drain line currently leaking underneath kitchen cabinets.

Technician will hydro jet approximately at 3500 psi in order to remove root intrusion. Technician will then camera inspect line to insure there are no more roots. Upon arrival technician snaked main sewer line running multiple passes via access exterior clean-out. Once line was cleared technician camera inspected sewer line to insure stoppage was clear. In conclusion to camera inspection technician was able to confirm multiple large root intrusions within the clay pipe. Technician highly advises to hydro jet line in order to properly remove them. Snaking cannot be warrantied due to the root intrusion. Technician will snake and camera inspect sewer line to insure stoppage is clear. WARRANTY: No warranty due to multiple large root intrusions within the Clay sewer line.

Upon arrival the Technician noticed heavy trash and lint at the laundry sink drain. Technician removed all debri, dropped the trap and snaked the drain line. When done, the trap was put together and tested the washer to a full load and drained it. It drained successfully, and no leaks as well.

Warranty service performed at no charge. The cartridge in the shower valve, previously installed, was leaking in the upstairs hallway restroom. Replaced the faulty cartridge with a new unit, effectively stopping the leak. Conducted a thorough inspection to ensure proper installation and no further issues. System now operates correctly. Client informed and satisfied with the repair.

Installed customer supplied Moen shower valves in upstairs restrooms, and provided repair cover plates, as access through the front tile wall was necessary to remove the original shower valves.

Attempted to clear upstairs drain line from ground level exterior cleanout in order to inspect line with camera. Snake could not pass roughly 10’ and continually came to a stop. Camera was attempted but could not see due to heavy build up within the line.

Tenant said they do have water to the house, only a hose bib has no water coming out due to some previous work done in at the back yard, garden area.
