Upon arrival, the technician located the existing 1/2” hot water line that was originally routed beneath the concrete slab from the manifold below the water heater to the upstairs lavatory and kitchen. To eliminate the under-slab piping and reduce the risk of future leaks, the technician cut, capped, and abandoned the existing under-slab section as necessary. The technician then installed and rerouted a new 1/2” PEX hot water line through the interior walls and ceiling, running from the hot water manifold beneath the water heater to the closet located under the stairs, where the line transitions to supply the upstairs lavatory. The new PEX piping was properly supported, secured, and protected where required. All connections were completed using approved fittings and methods. The water system was pressurized and tested to confirm proper operation and leak-free performance. Hot water flow to the upstairs lavatory and kitchen sink was verified prior to completion.
Upon arrival, the technician serviced the customer’s reverse osmosis (RO) system previously installed by our company. Both RO filters were removed and replaced with new manufacturer-approved filters. After installation, the system was thoroughly flushed for 30 minutes to ensure any residual carbon or contaminants were cleared from the lines as recommended by the manufacturer. Next, the technician performed maintenance on the tankless water heater. A full flush of the heat exchanger was completed to help remove internal scale and sediment buildup that can impact performance and efficiency. Additional system maintenance included cleaning the air intake filter, water inlet filter, and condensation trap to restore proper airflow and drainage functions. During testing, the unit displayed error code “060-01 – Abnormal Dual Venturi.” The technician contacted Navien Technical Support, completed troubleshooting procedures, and successfully obtained approval for a warranty replacement part. Came to give an estimate for a garbage disposal replacement
Upon arrival, the homeowner informed the technician that water had leaked through the ceiling when the upstairs bathtub was used. The technician inspected the tub and removed the overflow plate, finding that the existing gasket had deteriorated and washed out. There were visible cracks and a gap at the bottom of the gasket, allowing water to escape during bathing or any overflow condition. The technician removed the failed gasket, cleaned the overflow opening, and installed a new overflow gasket along with a new overflow trim plate. The tub and shower were then thoroughly tested to confirm there were no additional leaks.
JIG Performed a descale on Customer's tankless Water Heater.
New 3/4" prv with new ball valve to shut off the house and another ball valve to shut off the irrigation and a new hose bib rebuild. This includes replacing the emergency shut off valve and supply line for the upstairs toilet.
Service fee Adjusting shower knob. If knob continues to be an issue recommend contacting manufacturer for parts.
Upon arrival, the technician inspected the Halo filtration system, hose bibs, shut off valves, faucets, toilets, showers, and visible drain lines. The pipes and valves replaced in the Repipe are in good condition. The filtration system is in good condition. However, the lavatory p traps, pop ups, and master 3” flapper are corroded and in poor condition. JIG Plumbing will return to replace two tubular p traps with a t150 band and tubular material. We will check for leaks. Additionally, we will replace both lav pop ups with generic pop ups. If the work is authorized, we will replace the master toilet 3” flapper free of charge.
Scope of Work: • Perform a descale flush on the existing tankless water heater using approved descaling solution. • Inspect internal components of the unit for any visible leaks or signs of wear. • Flush completion test: Once the descale process is finished, the system will be tested to confirm proper water flow and heating functionality. • Final check: Verify no leaks are present and confirm normal operation
Upon of arrival, Care giver believes toilet is leaking from base of toilet. Handy man previously came out to pull and reset toilet and applied caulking around base of toilet to prevent toilet from leaking. Care giver believes they did not replace wax seal. We will be contacting bill and provide customer with options bill is the son decision maker. Pull and reset existing toilet. We will also include replacing emergency shutoff valve (angle stop) We will also be inspection condition of toilet flange once toilet has been removed. Henry authorized work over the phone. We will be calling bill for payment upon completion.

Upon of arrival, Customer would like to get secondary laundry drain cleaned. Would also like an estimate to locate main clean out and possible maintenance. Mainline hydro jet with camera inspection to determine condition of sewer line and provide further est. if necessary. Secondary drain Mainline conditions are poor, the pipe is caving in on itself. It is recommended to replace the pipe as soon as possible. Recommendations will be provided.. There are various rocks located in the grass in the front yard. It is highly recommended not to move the rocks as they are significant locations for the sewer.
Thoroughly flush water heater to remove sediment. No replacement parts or warranty on any existing components included. If any parts require replacement prior to or after flush then this would be an additional cost to service.
We will remove the backwater cap. We will use force if necessary. The technician was able to remove the backwater cap and the square nclosure filled with sewage and many wipes. The technician vacuumed out the water and removed the wipes and broken flapper. We will dispose of the wipes and put back the threaded cap without the broken flapper. No warranty due to a broken backwater valve and wipes. It is recommended to flush toilet paper only. The tankless water heater is 6 years old and never been flushed. No filtration. We will flush the tankless to clean the heat exchanger. And see if the temperature and timing of water heating and arriving at fixtures improves
Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Clear your outside area drain with Power-Jet and evaluate your drain piping with a video inspection camera.
Arrived to perform complimentary tank-type flush.
Drain cleaning through accessible clean-out access. No stoppage warranty due to roots. The technician found the bottom of the toilet was wet and the toilet was loose. The technician pulled the toilet and found the toilet wax had failed due to the broken cast iron toilet flange. It appears that an attempt was made to repair, but this did not secure the toilet and left the toilet loose. The technician then cut out the cast iron closet bend from inside the crawlspace and removed the closet flange. The technician then installed a new ABS closet bend and flange. The technician used a flange spacer and wood screws to secure the flange to the subfloor to make sure there is no movement. Then the technician reset the toilet with a new wax ring and mounting hardware. The technician also replaced the toilet fill valve at no extra cost due to the old fill valve whistling. 1-year parts and labor warranty on closet flange.
Upon arrival the customer stated that both toilets were backed up. This is in Unit B Unit A was not affected. The technician snaked from the clean out access and also did a camera inspection of the sewer line. Heavy amount of paper, possibly paper towels from what was in the restroom and accumulation out. No Warranty.
Arrived to install toilet shut-off valve, toilet, wall-mounted faucet trim, and the sink drain. Due to the customer’s custom plumbing fixtures, parts needed to be ordered for the toilet, and the wall tile needed to be removed in order to line up the drain properly. Upon return trip, the tile was removed, and the technician was able to line up the sink drain straight with the dirty arm. During the final trip, after the tile was reinstalled and the part arrived for the toilet, the technician was able to set the toilet and assemble the sink drain with the existing parts. No warranty on the toilet reset due to improper flange height as discussed.

Upon of arrival, Active/ emergency leak inside garage above ceiling. Approval over the phone by Brittany (Landlord) to proceed with visual leak detection and expose active leak. We will be opening up a small sections of drywall approximately 4x4. Provide customer with visual leak detection. Includes opening small sections of drywall to pin point leak. Once leak has been exposed we will then be able to provide customer with options. First step would be to find leak and where is it coming from. (**Does not include repair or drywall patching**) Leak was exposed: Not a plumbing problem. Leak coming from exterior wall pvc line on second floor dripping down onto first floor roof hitting shingles causing a knocking sound. Water saturation through roof shingles effecting garage drywall ceiling. We highly recommend contacting A/C company and water damage water restoration company.
The technician arrived and the toilet and downstairs bathtub were backing up when water runs. The blockage cleared on its own in front of the technician. The technician was authorized by the homeowner to perform a sewer camera inspection from the roof. We located root intrusion 2’ deep below the wall of the bathtub shared with the exterior of the home. JIG Plumbing will return and remove the hall toilet. We will Use a descale/ chain knockers machine to shred the roots. We will confirm that all roots are removed with a camera and inspect the remaining section of pipe with a sewer camera. We will then reset the toilet and check for leaks. Warranty: 6 month warranty on parts and labor Disclaimer: this is not considered a permanent solution because the roots will grow back. The customer can attempt to use root killer to kill the roots before they grow back. However, if the roots continue to grow, we will need to maintenance the roots. Upon of arrival, We got the confirmation approval to open up drywall to expose leak. We were able to open up section of drywall and expose 1/2” copper 90* pin hole burst causing water to saturate through drywall sipping into hallway tile and base boards. Rerouting 1/2” water line feeding toilet with removal of drywall does not include patching. Pulling and resetting toilet may be additional to remove if necessary. We also replaced wash bow/ vanity (hot & cold) emergency shut off valves direct swap out. Highly recommend installing a water filtration system due to hard water conditions.
For this job, we came out for active leak coming from inside wall. Water to home is currently off. Home built in 1958, we will need to get home tested before opening up any walls inside home. We will be giving customer option to preform a leak detection walk through and confirm active leak and document all discoveries in plumbers report. Service fee $351.00 We were able to turn on water to home and provide a walk through visual inspection. We were able to recreate issue and we can confirm a sudden burst water line to be source of damages.

They gave me different options to fix the issue and luckily didnt have to mess with our flooring at all. Very grateful as it seems to have been caught early with minimal damage.
