Upon arrival, the was shown an area in the ceiling where there was a leak on Friday. The leak was reported by a restoration company that were working on the second floor and has not happened since. The technician was able to see previous signs of water down the 2” drain line and on the subfloor but no active leak was detected. We turned on the water in the upstairs bathroom sink and the hair washing station sink on the other side of the wall but was unable to recreate the leak. Then, the technician cut open the wall behind the bathroom sink, next to the hair washing station, and found that everything was dry and there was no signs of water damage. The technician believes that at some point on Friday, there was a leak at the hair washing station that lead to water dripping down from the ceiling. No other leaks were detected at this time.

Upon arrival, the women’s office restroom handicap stall wall mount toilet is leaking from the back outlet seal. JIG Plumbing will remove the toilet, inspect the toilet for damage at the back outlet, and reset it with a new seal. We will check for leaks before leaving. The technician reset the toilet with a single wax ring, however, the toilet was still leaking at the back outlet. The technician reset the toilet with two wax rings and the outlet is no longer leaking. If the problem persists, JIG Plumbing recommends replacing the toilet, the flange, and mount to prevent this issue from happening in the future. Note: we were here for the same issue in April 2023 The technician found two tailpieces that are slightly leaking which will be taken care of in house. The 2” main gate valve that supplies water to the warehouse ought to be replaced to prevent leaks and to have a reliable ball valve. The pressure is good after both regulators, however, the pressure is high (95 psi) by the back

Upon of arrival, Instructed to Call Noah for Details prior to Dispatching. We installed additional 10’ of 3/4” PVC drain for water filtration system right on the edge side walk meets driveway causing water to drain along side driveway and edge of grass onto city walkway into street. Water system 8/06 set to self rejuvenate every 7 days @2:30am Last date of rejuvenation today 8/27/25 Free of charge

Upon arrival, Water damage all through kitchen ceiling customer noticed this morning. First step: Cut section of drywall and expose water leak. Master bathroom right above kitchen ceiling. Color discoloration on kitchen ceiling will cut section of damages ceiling drywall and expose leak once we have came up with solution we will then provide customer with option. $425.32 diagnostic service fee will be applied towards repair. Customer was provided with options. Customer would like to contact insurance before moving forward.

Upon arrival the technician was informed that the valve was capped and was no longer leaking. The technician verified this but recommends replacing the icemaker box/valve due to the age and condition of the valve. The sheer wall was slightly wet under the icemaker box. An estimate for the replacement icemaker box/valve will be provided.


Upon arrival, the upstairs hall bathroom tub spout is leaking even when the valve is off. JIG Plumbing will replace the Moen Posi temp shower cartridge. We will clean the valve while the water is off and inspect for damage. We will properly install the new cartridge and check for leaks. One time discount as a courtesy to take care of a loyal customer. Warranty: 90 day warranty on parts and labor for the cartridge The technician noticed that the kitchen faucet is loose and swivels. Mz. Law will have her son tighten it. All other fixtures working at this time. The technician checked flow and for leaks under every sink. No issues at this time. Water pressure is within the appropriate range.

Upon of arrival, Customer believe to seen water residual sitting underneath lavatory sink upstairs over the weekend believed to come from our new tubulars installed last week. We were able to recreate water leak after running lavatory sink after a minute. Leak coming from faucet due to calcium buildup inside aerator water back cycling, back into faucet and leaking through lift rod. Customer is aware of hard water is starting to affect home fixtures. Electric Halo 5 water filtration with discharge line and auto backflush system. Installed: 08/06/25

Gut out existing tubulars underneath double sided sinks in master bathroom and re-plumb drains with proper tubulars. Abandon flimsy tubular and install hard plastic tubular. Price includes parts and craftsmanship on both wash bow drains in master bathroom side by side vanities. Courtesy of JIG PLUMBING we also adjusted customers loose master bathroom toilet and added new plastic bolt covers. We did not pull and reset toilet we just adjusted by adding plastic bolt covers and tightened toilet down. **NO WARRANTY ON TOILET**

Upon of arrival, First floor unit #102 flooding with water coming from second floor. We were able to access unit above 102 water leak coming from unit #215. Cause for flood: Hand held shower head connected to wash bow faucet left running inside plastic storage bin over filled and flooding second floor with hot water causing water to flood unit downstairs.

Was able to cut out a section of your interior stack or drain piping and insert a new 2” section of piping from the open ceiling in the bathroom underneath. Per customer request, the technician left the ceiling open to dry out and the customer will replace drywall himself. Replace single handle old style Cartridge for Mixet. Trim not included. Replace tub spout standard chrome or brushed nickel. Warranty: 1 yr parts and labor

Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. No warranty on toilet pull and reset Install new mounting hardware at the floor to properly secure and seal your toilet at time of existing work. No concrete remove or replace. 1 yr parts and labor warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician was informed that the damage was caused by a burst supply line for the refrigerator and that they had the supply line replaced. The technician is unable to verify the cause of loss with the supply having already been replaced but the damage does seem consistent with a burst supply line and the technician did not find any long term damage. The technician also used electronic leak detection equipment to make sure there was no other leak.

Install 2 mixing valves for the 2 bathroom faucets and connect the cold water to create a comfortable operating temperature. Currently there is only hot water from the instant water heater on both faucets.



2-3 bath Re-pipe of two story and single story homes. This work includes new hot and cold Uponor water pipe, new emergency shut off valves and supplies, new main water PRV and ball valve, up to 2 hose bibs, up to 3 tub/shower valves (chrome) patch of walls to paint ready conditions, 25 yr manufacturer warranty, 5 yr labor warranty, 1 yr warranty on stops, supplies, and valves. Will also include a new Moen Flo leak detection device on the water service this will protect the home from future leaks as the device is designed to shut down when leaks occur.

Performed an electronic leak detection of home. Found a hot water line burst which caused instantaneous flooding of the home.

Upstairs middle restroom The technician found the water to be continuously dripping. It was then recommended to replace the cartridge. Once the new cartridge was installed the technician went ahead and turned the water back on and do a thorough inspection, new cartridge is working properly. 90 days warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival the technician inspected the restrooms upstairs and found that the men’s toilet was leaking from the base when flushed. The technician went ahead and pulled the toilet and found heavy sitting sewage water. The technician went ahead and cleaned it all up, installed 2 wax rings and reset the toilet. Once the water was turned on the toilet was flushed several times to make sure there are no leaks. Working properly 60 days warranty.

Arrived to discuss plumbing issues with customer and determined that water appearance is likely related to weather and possible leaks at roof joint.

JIG will open the drywall in the garage to inspect where the water is coming from. Upon arrival, water leaking from bulk head in garage. The technician made multiple incisions in the drywall and plywood with the owners permission to find the source of the water. After opening drywall in the garage, the technician found a vent, with water around it. The technician went to the master bathroom and used a moisture detector near the bathroom sink drain. The technician then removed the wet drywall and found the 1-1/2” abs vent completely disconnected from the San tee. See photos The technician will clear the area under the sink, remove the water supply lines and pop up assembly and possibly the faucet supply connections to the widespread faucet. He will then cut the existing vent and repair it with a no hub bands. He will check for leaks before leaving. The technician also snaked the lav drain to clear it Warranty: 6 month warranty on parts and labor 30 day warranty for

Upon arrival, the technician investigated the cause of the water damage. The technician found a burst angle stop at the master bathroom lavatory which caused the flooding of the home. The technician replaced the burst hot water angle stop and the cold water valve per customer request. Also replaced the aerator for the same faucet. Tested work thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Will provide an estimate to Repipe the home and replace the remaining angles stops.

JIG Plumbung will remove a section of drywal where the water is flowing from, in order to asses the situation and provide the best options for coverage. Technician will thoroughly inspect the area, looking for any other potential issues that may have been overlooked. Upon drywall removal, the ABS drainline was seen. It appears to have snapped due to stress tension, causing the pipe to break. This lead to water damage along the drywall. JIG Plumbing will make a repair to a section of 2” ABS drain in the garage, as this section has sheared and broken, allowing water to flow in to the wall cavity. Technician will install a new clean out fitting, as well as new piping, in order to repair the section. Once repaired, the line will be tested to ensure there are no further issues or leaks. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a section of drywall underneath the tankless water heater that showed signs of water damage. The damaged drywall was located directly underneath the condensation drain. After running the tankless heater and testing, the technician found the condensation was ran too short and was pooling on top of the drain in the wall and then dripping down onto the wall once the heater was on long enough. The technician then cut the cpvc drain line and then extended the line using new pex pipe.



Install a customer supplied toilet. Includes any fastening or sealing, as well as thorough testing to ensure proper installation. Haul away and dispose of old included. Warranty: 30 day labor warranty on customer supplied toilet. 1 yr warranty on toilet flange except abuse.

JIGPLUMBING provided and installed a Medium grade toilet with new supply line, and wax ring. Haul away included. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Customer was also given the option to replace the shut off, and it was declined. Once the toilet was installed due to the uneven floor, the toilet had to be evened out with shims as best as we could to prevent any future damages. Customer is aware. # JIGPlumbing
