Under home there are damages cast iron pipes that are failed and allowing sewer gas to escape into home resulting in smells. JIG will go under unit to repair/ replace small section with new fittings and test for proper function. Home is old and conditions are failing, JIG may require replacement of toilet flange and flooring is in conditions that may require additional repairs in this situation the flooring would not be included in repairs.

The tech went ahead and replaced the spud gasket, and rebuilt the parts for the flush valve. O ring ,vacuum breaker, and diaphragm were replaced. Once everything was put together, water was turned back on and tested. Working properly 30 days commercial warranty.

Building E 1 floor North West Shower stoppage, at trap and line. Hair and accumulation out.

JIGPLUMBING will dig up and expose the area drain line up to about 5 feet. Remove the old drain and connect with new Pipe. Once the new pipe is re connected, it will get snaked, get tested with running water and backfill to complete the job.

Upon arrival the contact person informed me that both men and women’s restrooms were backed up in the first floor next to the gym. The technician found a couple of clean outs, but was unable to access from them. The technician pulled a toilet in the men’s handicap stall and snaked the drain line from there. A camera inspection was also done and nothing out of the ordinary was found. Accumulation out. No Warranty Toilet was reset and all the toilet were flushed and checked for leaks. Everything working properly.

Upon arrival the technician wash shown a clogged toilet in the education building mens restroom handicap stall. The technician was able to clear stoppage with an auger. The technician tested the toilet thoroughly by flushing excessive amounts of toilet paper to make sure the toilet is able to flush properly. If this happens again, the technician recommends replacing the toilet bowl and sloan valve. No warranty on toilet auger service.

JIGPlumbing is to turn the water off to the entire building to do a repair on a 1” copper pipe that’s leaking in the ceiling. Once the repair is done the water will be turned back on to pressurize the system. Technician will check for leaks and make sure all fixtures are working properly.

Arrived to perform leak detection of possible slab leak in home. At time of service confirmed at least one major leak on cold copper system from downstairs bathroom to kitchen sink. Customer was provided options and recommendations for replacement of water lines through re-piping process.

JIG Plumbing will excavate a section on the ground near the cesspool in order to reroute the laundry drain in to the cesspool. This will allow the laundry to drain directly in to the pool, abandoning the current leeching system. Once the laundry line is connected, it will be tested to ensure proper flow and function. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year. Warranty does not cover any issues that result from the cesspool being filled.

I used drain equipment to open a floor sink in the cafeteria kitchen that experienced water, toilet paper, and human waste come up. The line was opened and tested to ensure proper flow. Technician then attempted to use a camera to inspect the line to see what the cause may be and why a sink may be tied in to the main sewer.

Upon arrival the technician was informed that the 2 showers in the 3 floor Building G South East Quad were backing up. After running water from both showers for a while the technician started to flush both toilets. Right after, showers and toilets backed up. The technician informed the contact person for approval to move forward. The technician snaked the drain line from the floor drain in between the 2 showers and was able to successfully clear the stoppage. The technician then pulled one of the toilets and did a camera inspection as well. No Warranty will be applied due to signs of possible wipes or paper towels being flushed. Right below on the second floor water was leaking thru a hole created by the stoppage and that’s were the debris was found. A further inspection will be done by the customer and will notify JIGPLUMBING if any repairs need to be done.

JIGPlumbing came out to investigate a sewer smell around the restroom area. The technician checked all fixtures, looked inside thru crawl space, No signs of sewage leaks. or smell. We will be following up.
