Women's Restroom Back Warehouse R-1 Building. -leak at toilet spud. The toilet has moved due to the toilet flange not being secure and this caused the spud to pop out. To repair properly the technician will pull the toilet, secure the toilet flange, rested the toilet with new wax and hardware, and then reconnect the flushometer with a new spud. Woman's Restroom Front Office R-2 Building. - faucet pressure is very high and the ADA stall toilet is constantly running. To repair the toilet, the technician will need to rebuild the flushometer valve. Men's Restroom Lunchroom R-2 Building. -urinal flushometer valve is leaking at the angle stop o-ring gasket. Also the first faucet does not shut off and leaks from the handle. To repair flushometer valve, the technician will replace the o-ring gasket. Women's Restroom Lunch room R-2 Building. Building on the northwest entrance, the men’s restroom. Upon arrival the technicians inspected the urinals and replaced one of the urinals diaphragm that seem to be stuck and continuously flushing. Corrected the issue and inspected all toilets and urinals at that area. Building R 1 women’s locker room restrooms ADA toilet had to be augered. Paper towels and accumulation out. No warranty.

Technician was originally called out to inspect something causing a flood in one of the restrooms. Technician inspected four separate restrooms, and found multiple issues in each, but nothing is actively doing anything to cause a flood.

Repaired and rebuilt the toilet flushometer, which regulates water flow during flushing. This process involved disassembling the mechanism, cleaning or replacing worn components, and reassembling it to ensure proper function. Additionally, we performed toilet augering at no extra cost to clear any obstructions in the drain line. This complementary service removed debris that may have been causing slow drainage or potential blockages. The combination of rebuilding the flushometer and augering the toilet should result in improved flushing performance and reduced risk of future clogs.

Toilet in the break room restroom had a broken handle. Rebuilt the flushometer valve handle. Urinal in the front warehouse men’s restroom was clogged. Used the electric urinal auger to clear stoppage. Urinal in the back warehouse men’s restroom was also clogged. Used the electric urinal auger to clear stoppage. 2 toilets in the back warehouse women’s restroom had issues. 1 toilet flushometer valve was rebuilt due to flushing issues. The second toilet twisted due to flange not having been secured by builders which caused the spud to pop out. Pulled the toilet and secured the flange with concrete screws and reset toilet. Also replaced the spud and vacuum breaker for this toilet.

Toilet was leaking from spud. Noticed the toilet had shifted which caused the spud to pop out. Disassembled the Sloan valve in order to remove spud. Toilet spud was in good condition. Reset the toilet spud and reassembled the Sloan valve and tested. Found no additional leaks. Break room faucet was loose. Disassembled the cabinet and inspected the mounting hardware. Was able to tighten and secure the faucet. Faucet most likely came loose due to rough usage. Mounting hardware is a bit corroded due to exposure to water when loose.

Installed Rheem Performance Plus XG40T09HE40U0 40-gallon natural gas water heater. Upgraded gas line to 3/4" black iron pipe. Installed new T&P valve rated at 150 PSI/210°F. Added expansion tank due to closed system. Vented with 3" PVC to meet Category IV requirements. Set gas pressure to 5" W.C. Verified 40,000 BTU/hr input. Tested for CO: 15 ppm at steady state. Unit achieving 0.68 UEF.

In the men’s front warehouse restroom, there is a clogged urinal and a leaking valve on another. Rebuilt the leaking urinal flushometer valve. Attempted to use the urinal auger to clear stoppage on clogged urinal but was unsuccessful. Upon return trip, pulled the urinal and cleared the inside of the urinal and cleared the inside of the drain line with an electric snake. In the women’s front warehouse restroom, the was a toilet with an internal blockage. Was able to cleared blockage with auger but pulled nothing back on auger. There was also a flushometer valve that was leaking. Noticed the valve was leaning and upon disassembly found the valve was not the proper size. Upon return trip, replaced the flushometer valve with the correct sized parts.

Entered crawlspace to find source of leak. Leak is coming from bathtub waste. Recommend replacing waste and overflow with p-trap due to age and condition. Will provide and estimate for repair.

I was recently contacted to do an emergency leak coming from a closet in the main break area of building R1. After being dispatched under emergency status, I arrived to inspect the water leak from the mop closet. The investigation revealed damage to the expansion tank for the electric water heater. I will remove the existing tank and install a new tank to allow for any excessive pressure from the heater to be bled off into the expansion tank, prolonging the life of the heater. The pressure from the heater will also be tested to ensure there are no further issues.

I performed a water heater repair on a 40-gallon gas unit. The thermocouple was faulty and required replacement. I turned off the gas supply, removed the old thermocouple, and installed a new one, ensuring proper connection to the gas control valve. After reassembling, I tested the pilot light and burner operation. The water heater is now functioning efficiently and safely.

Finishing a sewer line repair where I replaced a section of a 4-inch PVC pipe damaged by tree roots. Utilizing a trenchless pipe bursting method, I inserted a new pipe without extensive excavation. This technique preserves the landscape while ensuring the integrity and functionality of the sewer system. All connections were sealed using high-grade solvent cement to prevent leaks.

Discovered the burst pipe is on a hot water line coming from the water heater to the bathroom in the footing under the bathroom wall. Options for repairs will be provided.

Technician will snake main sewer line via access clean out. Once line is cleared technician will run water to insure optimal flow is occurring. DISCLAIMER: No warranty due to existing issues within the entire main sewer line.

After a quick diagnosis, noticed that it wasn’t flushing properly, so once the water was turned off, the cap was removed and noticed the diaphragm had a tear in it. New one installed cap back on, water on and tested for leaks! Flushing properly!

Upon arrival technician concluded that existing water heater is leaking due to possible internal crack within the tank itself. Technician will have to replace water heater due to existing one not being able to repair. Technician isolated water from the heater and shut down the electrical box connected to the heater.
