Clear your kitchen/tub combo drain line due to grease build up and accumulation using an electric snake through the kitchen sanitary fitting and the bath tub waste and overflow. 30 day warranty warranty
Technician attempted to snake the drain line from a 2” clean out, was unsuccessful. Attempted to snake the drain line from the 4”clean our under the stairs at the front unit with the main line machine, and the backpack 1/2 cable. Was also unsuccessful. Line is still holding water. We will continue the work tomorrow. At the back unit the toilet was not set by another plumber, it was left off. The flange is bad and needs to be replaced. Technician was not aware or informed that the back toilet was not reset. The technician put a wax ring and set the toilet on, but not bolted on. This will have to be addressed as well. This will also be an additional charge. Mainline hydro jet with camera inspection to determine condition of sewer line and provide further est. if necessary. At time of service a toilet flange was rotted and required replacement for toilet to be reset properly.
Main line at a 3” clean out in the patio area. Clean out had an area drain cover, so sewage was coming out of it. After snaking he line, when retrieving the cable the blade came out with roots, and there were visible wipes all around the clean out. Toilet. No warranty, will recommend hydro jetter and a camera inspection.
We are so grateful for your kind words.
Conducted a storm drain repair in a residential area, addressing issues such as clogs and damage. Cleared debris and sediment, repaired any damaged sections, and ensured the storm drain system's proper functioning to prevent flooding during heavy rains.
After a brief inspection from the roof, noticed water sitting in several areas. Heavy dirt converted into thick mud and some debri are all around causing a bad water flow into the drains. All of the drain covers were removed to check if the drain lines were clogged. As water was being vacuumed, it was poured into the drains and drained out. The only drain leaking is the one facing west side of the building. Had access to the attic, but was unable to locate any drain lines. Tried removing tiles or popping them off from the upstairs break room but was unable. Further inspection will have to be done in order to locate the existing leak. Most of the sitting water and thick mud was vacuumed out, but had to stop do to rain, and making it unsafe on rooftop.
